Terrible, Josh didn't seem to know anything that was
Terrible, Josh didn't seem to know anything that was going on. I had to text first to get any kind of communication. I showed up for my rental and he tried to make it seem like it was my fault I was there early when I showed up when he told me to and had lost the paperwork briefly so I wasn't even there early. Asked if my car was safe to drive while I waited and he responded with "how has it been driving". Completely ridiculous that somebody this inept is allowed to work with the customers. I feel like you should have somebody who has a little bit more knowledge on the floor. I will never work with him again and if I have to I'll go somewhere else for service.
