Tyler and Ashley at Wisslers were very helpful as we purchased our preowned Renegade. The sale was no pressure and easily accomplished in a short period of time. We look forward to dealing with them again in the future.

Tyler was great to work with

We went to Wissler Motors to check out a Jeep my husband saw online. I really didn’t think we would buy that day, I just thought we were going to shop around and check out several. When we got there Tyler greeted us and showed us the Jeep my husband had seen online. Then we looked at a few others and then went for a test drive. Tyler was very friendly and explained all the different features of the Jeep. I had a list written of must haves, As I went down my list with Tyler the Jeep had everything that was on my list. When we started talking price, I was impressed that they don’t play games and haggling back-and-forth. He showed us their cost sheet and the Carfax report. In the past I always hated car shopping and dealing with salesmen. Tyler was different. He was very friendly, polite, respectful, and personable. He answered all our questions. I did not feel any pressure to buy from Tyler. The whole experience was as relaxed and comfortable as could be when buying a car. I definitely would buy another car from Tyler in the future. I highly recommend Tyler.

Above and beyond

I have never dealt with a car dealer like this before. No games. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. No reason to go anywhere else!!!!

The best sales experience!

Tyler was very knowledgeable about all four vehicles we looked at. Every question we had, he knew the correct answer right away. He did not pressure or rush us and allowed us to test drive everything back to back. When we narrowed it down to two vehicles he put them side by side and we compared trunk space. He was very professional but had a great personality and demeanor. We have already recommended to several friends that are looking for vehicles to see Tyler. As a parent I think it's important to point out that he engaged with our kiddo and gave him cool coloring pages. We returned one of the pages to Tyler for his book. While we were signing all the paperwork Tyler had a box of crayons and asked him to color more pages which greatly alleviated some stress off of us. Tyler rocks! Great sales and vehicles, iffy service department.

This is my second vehicle purchase since February 2016. My salesman this time was Tyler. Excellent and enjoyable experience. He was very knowledgeable and very attentive and patient. He spent over 5 hours with me and it was a very relaxed environment. I highly recommend you seek out Tyler Ashley for your next vehicle purchase. I am not as confident in the service department and Tyler really had to sell me on giving them another chance. My previous vehicle had an issue which they were unable to diagnose. They tried to get me to take the car to another location even though I had purchased the extended service contract/warranty . When I said I didn't want to do that they sent it themselves and after getting it back charged me for towing. Half of the problem was repaired under the warranty and I got the car back. 2 weeks later they got the car back to repair the other half. Yes that was a second deductible paid, This situation went on from the end of November through February and I was without the car for at least 4 weeks total. They did provide a rental but I did have to push for one once and I did miss one day of work due to this. I made numerous attempts to speak to the service mgr. but he was always unavailable. I feel this is unacceptable and am still not confident in using this service department for anything other than discounted oil changes and state inspections

They were very helpful

Nice dealership with helpful staff. Even after we bought the car and within 5 days we had a slight problem with car we took it down and they addressed the problem!

excellent buying experience

Always good service

I had general service done (oil change etc) and James is always there to do all he can to get things done. I appreciate working with him.

Easy car buying

We are very satisfied with our car buying experience. It was an easy, no pressure time. Our salesperson, Dan Fry was helpful and patient. He told time to answer all questions. We are pleased with our new Chevy Equinox.

Timely - courteous - very satisfactory

Very pleasant people to work with ! Service is good & I trust them. My only concern is that the cost are pretty high. I will be keep on using this garage.
