I've been driving for 40 years and my recent purchase experience at Wissler was the most pleasant in that period. Sales lead Jason was prepared, polite, and knowledgeable. He didn't waste my time or play the games that I've seen at many other dealerships. He did his homework before and during the sale process and all of the paperwork was waiting for my review on both of my visits. Clearly, Wissler management had empowered him to take responsibility to complete the sale with a satisfied customer. If this is how Wissler routinely conducts their business, they will prosper for another 55 years.

Oil change took 1.5 hours. Car was supposed to be washed afterwards and was never done. First time having car serviced after purchase at Wisslers.

Yuri Sheaffer Renegade Man!
Twenty years ago we bought a new 2000 Jeep Cherokee at Wissler Motors. It was the best running vehicle we ever owned. At less than 200,000 miles, I was driving my son and grandson home to Newmanstown, when I lost control on black ice. We went off the road to the left, went over a rock bed, hit a road sign and were stopped by a fireplug. No air bags deployed and my grandson slept through it all. After the insurance company decided to total the car, we needed to find another car. So, I told my husband "we're going to Wisslers". Yuri greeted us immediately and led us onto the lot where my husband spotted the red Jeep Renegade. The test drive was great and my husband was sold on it. Yuri gave us a great deal and we left as proud owners of another Wissler vehicle!

We love that there is a nice playroom/waiting room to go to while our oil is being changed. As a mom with 3 little kids that are always with me it is a total game changer!

Tyler is the person every dealership would love to have. He stayed with us on first visit till 9 PM, eventhough dealership hours are only up to 8 PM. He explained everything about the car what he knew. No pressure at anytime. We purchased the vehicle next day. He prepared the car, paperwork and everything before we got there.
