REPAIRS TO MY JEEP WOULD HAVE TAKEN ABOUT 5 HRS. THEY HAD A LOANER READY FOR ME RIGHT AWAY SO I COULD GO HOME AND COME BACK LATER. WAS A BIG HELP SINCE I AM HANDICAPPED.

My husband and I arrived on a Saturday morning with our two small children to casually look at cars. We were greeted by Tyler Ashley and he answered all of our questions. He never put any pressure on us to purchase a vehicle, but was so accommodating and helpful. We went from just browsing to purchasing an amazing SUV. The dealership had a playroom in the back that was well stocked with toys, which was amazing. My husband and I were able to speak with Tyler while the kids played and were even able to sign documents in a room looking into the playroom. Every person working that day was very nice and the dealership went above and beyond to help us get the deal done that day. Professional staff, fast service, quick to respond, and explains all work needed/completed. Loyalty program is great, but they don't automatically deduct points unless requested.

Had my vehicle in for 3000 mile service. The service was done I a timely manor. The employees I dealt with, Pete & James, were very nice to deal with, great personalities. Also, I appreciate the "Cust. appreciation Disc." of $20.00. Will be back whenever my Nissan requires attention.

Their loyalty program can't be beat. We always get our oil changes and inspections done at Wissler. They are fast, thorough, and very helpful. The kids waiting room upstairs in a great bonus!
