Communication was superb
I found a suitable car at Wissler Motors just prior to going on vacation. My time away was respected by my salesperson, Yuri Sheaffer, and on my return he touched base to see if I had made a purchase yet and informed me of a price reduction. From that point on, I was kept in the loop of the purchasing process by Yuri and the manager, Ashley Hiestand. They made it an easy and pleasant transaction!

Good experience
Service work was good, but maybe car wash machine was not working properly. My Jeep was very spotted and it looked like the brushes dragged dirt from the tires or wheel wells and deposited it on the lower side areas of the vehicle. It looked much worse than it did when I brought it in.

Great, easy purchase experience
Yuri was very knowledgeable and efficient in helping us find our new vehicle. He responded to emails quickly with answers to the questions we had and made the buying process easy and quick. The added free car washes and service specials are a nice bonus.

Good Recovery
We've been having trouble with diagnosing an intermittent problem with our brakes and as a result, recently replaced rotors were damaged. Wissler's covered the cost of replacing the rotors and completed the work the same day. Great recovery in a tricky situation.

Great Prices, Friendly Staff
Found a vehicle online, drive about a hour to dealership. They pulled the vehicle to the side (so no one buys it before I got there) and has it ready for viewing when I arrived. The cars are clean and really good market value. I did my research before going. The included CPO deal they have with their 10 year/100,000 mile powertrain warranty cannot be beat! Jason was my sales guy, HIGHLY recommend him! Very professional and personable. Overall great place and experience.

A great experience .
We were very pleased with are whole experience . Dan was very helpful and patient and could answer all our questions . We got a great deal for our trade in and on the new one we purchased . My wife really appreciated that Dan recommended that we go get some lunch while they prepared our paper work . I would definitely recommend Wissler Motors and Dan Fry . Thanks !

Poor service
Needed 2 front tires for a vehicle purchased from Wisslers 10 months ago and have only driven about 7000 miles. They charged $95 for the alignment which we’ve never experienced when buying new tires from other service centers. Was told it would take an hour and a half and it ended up taking 5 hours - my husband had to get a ride to go pick up our daughter from camp after he explicitly told the service department he needed the vehicle by a certain time (which still would have been well past the hour and a half he was quoted). Guess that’s what we get for forgetting the car needs inspected and it’s only a few days until the end of the month and we couldn’t get in with our regular mechanic or even a quick stop shop....

Mr. Wissler, Thank you for taking time to review my comments. Most of your response, however, is not related to my concerns at all: 1- the need to purchase 2 new tires 10 months and 7000 miles after purchase of vehicle; 2-alignment not included as "complimentary" with purchase of tires (as has been our experience with other service centers when purchasing new tires); 3 - 5 hours to complete the job vs. the 1.5 that was quoted. I will respond to your comments, even though not related, because some of your statements are false. 5. Loaner was not offered - perhaps notes were made after the fact. Who would decline a loaner? The only thing that was offered was a ride home (see your point 6). 7. I am not sure why (perhaps your service rep failed to confirm my husband's phone number) but you called me, not my husband at 2:30 and just said car wasn’t finished - nothing about needing to reschedule. 9. You did not drive my husband back to pick up a completed vehicle - my dad did, after they picked up my daughter from camp. 10. What additional work was done that was not quoted? Inspection, new tires, and alignment were quoted and said to take 1.5 hours.
