From beginning to end the purchanse of our new van and trade in of the older one was a positive experience in well trained sales staff and an organization that prides itself in caring about the customer. Jason was excellent in providing the information needed and thoughtfully stepping us through the process. We are thrilled with our new van (especially with the console but you'll have to ask Jason about that). We've been customers for the past 15 to 20yrs. Service was and is exceptional and fair. All the different service clerks we've have gotten to know over the years were always friendly and made us feel at home especially in the waiting room with snacks and refreshments. I have no problem coming back or referring anyone to them. It was also great meeting the Wissler brothers who have no problem coming down to meet and greet you to the point where when we see each other it's a nice conversation. This was my first car buying experience and it was far better than I expected! Tyler served me well and was patient as I looked at a few different options. He even encouraged me to sell my old car through Facebook Marketplace to make a little more off it and it sold in 3 days!
