I was having difficulties working with a big box store car dealership called CarMax, unfortunately they did not provide the best overall customer service experience. Which left me with a sour taste in my mouth after already putting in so much energy and effort. I relayed my story with Tyler of which right away was there to "serve" me as he states. Which is exactly what he did in more than one way, as he help triage and help to navigate me through my purchase of a 2015 Mustang GT. All in all, he truly did and was there to serve me as a customer all while providing a one of kind world class experience. Great sales and service by Yuri and Tyer. Ashley did a great job getting us a lower apr for financing. You were all kind, and friendly and I feel went above to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The full tank of gas was so kind. Wasn't expecting that . Keep up the great sales service.

When we got to the dealership we looked at the vehicles we were interested in. Salesperson Yuri came out to greet us shortly after our arrival. We told him which one we liked and he quickly got the keys and ran the vehicle through the car wash for us. We took it for a test drive and decided we wanted it. The pricing for the vehicle was under compare to other dealers for the year and mileage. Since we have a very active little boy he also let us take him to the playroom. One of us stayed in the playroom while the other completed paperwork. Yuri waited while my husband and I switched spots for application process. Yuri also was quick to find us financing and within the next business day we scheduled to pick up our vehicle. Everything went so smoothly. In being in the playroom we could view the service area through the window. It looks absolutely spotless. We may make the trip for services seeing they take pride in their appearance. This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had.

This was the second car that I have purchased from Wissler Motors. If you are looking for an affordable vehicle and quality customer service, this is the place to shop for a certified used car.

I appreciated that our sales rep, Jason Schmitt, was friendly and just explained things, answered our questions and gave us time to make our decision. He was positive without any hype. He was clear and direct in his explanations. His main selling point was that he wanted us to be satisfied and that Wissler Motors wanted to have our repeat business. We are very happy with our purchase not to mention the free carwashes.

I had been looking for a used vehicle for several months before I found the one I bought at Wissler Motor's. I live about 2 hours West of Mount Joy and I chose Wissler's because they had the best available price for the exact vehicle I was looking for.
