Thorough... Quick... Easy... Painless

Kristie & Peter were friendly, fair and informative. James is quite the diagnostician. Very impressive. I appreciate the options of service that were presented to me without assumption. I have bought 4 vehicles from Wissler Motors and can honestly say there may be a 5th. Service is outstanding!

Top notch dealership. Very helpful employees.

Would very highly recommended this dealer ship. Large selection of vehicles. Very professional sales staff. This is the 3rd purchase we have made at Wisslers. Will return for the 4th. Keep up the great work.

State inspection wonderful experience

Great service, fast and friendly service. I was greater with a smile they even let me come in early due to my changing schedule. They informed me of repairs at my next visit. Great job, I trust Wissler and will never go anywhere else.

Dealership in general

Dealership sold me 2016 Jeep Compass with bad tires all 4 tires needed replaced in 6 months from purchase I feel robbed miss lead vehicle had less than10 k miles I feel robbed will not purchase again here never received thank you are any response after purchase still using service center because warranty

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. Looking at our history of 2016 Compass sales in 2018, I find that you would be one of 3 possible individuals. I believe I was able to piece together the deal information and the time frame: 1. 02/05/2018 – Date you purchased your vehicle 2. 11/23/2018 – Date we recommended tires During our pre-delivery inspection, your tires rated at 5/32 & 6/32. This equates to approximately half the wear remaining. It is also our process to review all repair orders including the brake and tire specifications with our customers during the purchase process. From what we can tell, you drove the vehicle for 9 months and approximately 17,700 miles and on 11/23/2018 when we suggested replacing tires, two of your tires read 5/32, one was at 4/32 and one at 3/32. All pass safety requirements set by Pennsylvania. I actually feel you have gotten tremendous wear out of the tires which I believe is due to the fact that you have been rotating the tires. In regards to the wear of the tires, the average driver typically would have driven 11,250 miles (based on 15,000 per year) in the same time period. The additional 6,500 miles every nine months will create more maintenance. I will look into the concern that you have not gotten a thank you for your business. It is our process to not only call customers that have purchased from us, but also those that bought elsewhere so that we can see if we can ask how we can further be of service (ie. answer questions on the operation of the vehicle, etc.). New car purchase

I came here to purchase my second car because my brother had also purchased a car from Wissler's. When unforeseen circumstances arose and I needed to purchase another vehicle I knew I wanted to go to Wissler's. I dealt with Tyler for both my purchases and he was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He was patient and made the process run smoothly and was willing to take the time to explain and answer my questions. Both him and Ashley truly value providing quality customer service and are willing to stay past closing to help get the paperwork done. I know this is a dealership I can trust to provide quality service for my vehicle.

Finishing 2018 with a big purchase

My entire experience at Wissler was wonderful. Yuri was very welcoming and answered all my questions. He and the Wissler team made the car buying process super easy. They were able to handle all the financing right away and sought the best deal for me. I really enjoyed the lounge area and coffee bar while I waited for the paperwork to process. I am thankful for all their help and would definitely recommend Wissler for your car buying needs.

Quick, Easy, and Painless Oil Change

Called for an oil change and was scheduled that very next morning. Was called that it was finished that first thing the next morning. Quick, finished with no issues and turn around time was perfect. Their service center prices for an oil change and the amount of labor involved are very reasonable as well.bThe service center employees are always friendly and easy to work with, will continue to use their service for my Jeep Wrangler.

My Second Purchase at Wissler Motors

This is the second vehicle that I purchased from Wissler Motors. The vehicle that I traded was a 2012 Chrysler Town and Country van which was one of the best vehicles I have ever owned, and was purchased from Wissler’s. I received a fair trade, and the entire deal was completed in three hours. Salesman, Yuri Sheaffer handled all details, and explained my new vehicle before I left. My new car performs flawlessly, Wissler Motors seeks out quality pre-owned cars for their inventory. I am well satisfied with my purchase.
