After purchasing a new Buick from Whitmoyer my wife and I went for a drive in southern Lancaster to view the fall foliage. While I was making a left turn another driver passed me on the left and altered my brand new car 😳 Wissler restored it to factory new! This was my first time buying a car of my own; everyone on staff was very welcoming and helpful. They pulled the Jeep right around and let me test drive it, and Yuri answered all of my questions along the way. If he wasn’t sure about something, he went out of his way to find an answer. Their service was prompt and efficient. I needed to purchase mats for the car before I took it home and they had them in for me before I’d even finished my transaction. I had a wonderful experience at Wissler Motors. In my search for a vehicle, I have encountered several car salesmen. Most of them I didn’t get a good feeling from. I didn’t feel that I was taken seriously. I also felt that they did not have my best interest at heart. Yuri Shaeffer was by far the best Salesman I have dealt with. Because of my busy schedule, my best way of communicating is by email and texting. Yuri was very mindful of that, which made things so much easier. He made me feel very comfortable in making a very big decision. He found a way to work around my limited budget, which no one else was willing to do. I will definitely be doing business there again. Purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Wissler Motors. I worked with Tyler Ashley. He was very friendly and helpful. Very nice of him to show me around the dealership and introduce me to other employees. Also, worked with Ashley Hiestand. She did a fantastic job with all the paperwork. It was a great experience going to Wissler. I will definitely recommend going Wissler to purchase a vehicle.

We just purchased a 2016 Jeep Cherokee from Wissler Motors. Our sales rep Tyler was attentive and friendly. The facility is beautiful and all vehicles are clean and well marked. Family owned with a great reputation in the community. We are super pleased and will definitely go back to buy our next vehicle.

Being only 21, with not much credit built up. I knew that getting a car would be a bit of a struggle, I’ll need to get a loan, that was the first bump; with only a year building up credit and a year and a half at my job, finding a bank to approve me for a loan was extremely nerve racking. Thankfully, Tyler Ashley, put in the time and effort to find a few banks to look into my situation. After a bit of time, he found a bank to give me a loan! Just when I thought I was in the clear to go and get this car, I was hit with another bump in the track. I’m on my moms insurance, for the bank to approve me for the loan in my name, I had to be on my own insurance. So after a bit of time talking on the phone with a few insurance companies not really satisfied with the quotes i was given. Tyler, helped me out and suggested his friends at State Farm. I called them up and they assisted me ASAP. Before I knew it I was at Wissler Motors signing papers and taking the key to my new car. All thanks to Tyler Ashley. Honestly, I’m extremely grateful for the time and effort he put into helping me get this car. This was all basically done in one day and even though he was busy, he still pulled through and answered my calls right away. I’m very satisfied with everything. I definitely recommend Wissler Motors.
