Everything I expected was very good for the state inspection. James the service rep., kept me informed. There was not any problems at check out. The procedure/payment were what I expected.

Professionalism always, from the employees answering phone, to the people who complete the paper work. Explain exactly what was done, what could wait. Appointments are easy to make, due to their website, or phone. Love to see the ratings of tires, and etc. Last page of the bill. Can't forget the free car wash and the "Rewards Program". Have the Keurig coffee maker, restroom clean and have the handle bars for the older folks. Had an appointment for "winterizing" the car.

From the time I spoke with the sales representative Tyler Ashley over the phone to having him hand over a set of keys to my mother that led her to her new car, this was by far an all around great car buying experience. Mr. Ashley was thorough, considerate, and forthcoming about the car we were seeking as well as tailoring our car shopping experience to our needs. He puts the customer's concerns first before anything else and that's what we saw with him throughout the whole car buying process.
