A great car dealership!

Everyone at Wisslers was really friendly and helpful. They know a lot about the cars they sell and they know the meaning of customer service. Easy purchase

Yuri was great. He was very helpful and responsive. Tyler was eager and available to help when Yuri was not in and this made for a seamless experience.

Really nice staff and price is always fair.

Every time I call for service always, they always get me in a timely manner. Service excellent. Personnel great. We have been visiting your business for years. Miss staff that have left. Especially Phil Lee.

A great experience

We have never purchased a previously owned auto, weren’t out to do anything more than get information. Tyler greeted us immediately , asked what we were interested in, immediately began to show us vehicles that met our requirements. We were impressed by his knowledge and his helpfulness was amazing. We are now the proud owners of Subaru and it was a fantastic experience working with Tyler. We will be back! Tyler is an All Star!!

Clean, nice cars

I do believe Wissler takes pride in their work. I saw a Mazdaspeed3 on carfax for sale at Wissler and made an inquiry late at night. Jessie called me early the next morning and I set a date to drive up and look at the car. He was friendly and courteous and made the car buying experience bareable (I typically hate dealers). Would definitely recommend.

Car Purchase

Experience was perfect. The process was quick and easy. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My financing was easy and payments were right where I thought they'd be. Highly recommend.

Great experience!

I happened upon the exact car I wanted on cars.com and it led me to Wisslers, where I got a 2016 car with 2500 miles on it for $10,000 less than a new one would cost. I was amazed! I brought my 4 year old along, who played below Tylers desk, chomping on a lollipop he had provided, while we did paperwork. Then Tyler found me a loan when I had no credit to my name. I ended up there with him and Jason until well after closing time when I came back to finalize everything because they were willing to work with my busy schedule. Excellent customer service, and an excellent car.

Oil change and check up

I scheduled my appointment on the phone and was able to get in quickly. I was well taken care of and got out in good time. They always answer my questions and helped me with an issue with my key fob.

Extraordinary

Define Extraordinary in relation to car buying.....we found that at Wissler Motors and with Tyler Ashley. We also had the opportunity and pleasure to be helped by Jason Schmitt. We live about 50 minutes away and have never been to Mount Joy. We had been searching for a car via the Internet and found what appeared to be a perfect fit for us at Wissler. I chatted on line with Tyler at 10 PM! We made arrangements to go and meet with him. From the first hello, to the final goodbye, Tyler was professional and respectful. He was not the typical "sales" person. He honestly cared about you as a person and what your needs and desires were. Not "I can give you the buy of your lifetime", but how can I be of service to you. At no time did we feel we were being pressured to make a purchase. Tyler and the dealership were super busy when we were there. Tyler was patient and treated us as we were the only people there - not one time did he show any signs of stress or intolerance for our many questions. They are fair about pricing. Using Kelly Blue Book. Walked thru the process with us and they were unable to give us a Kelly Blue Book price due to our vehicle having rust. That did not stop Tyler. He was able to still give us a trade!!! Tyler made the time for the delivery of our vehicle to suit us. He came in on his day off, just to finalize our deal. Jason was professional as well and provided us with a great buying experience. Don't stress when it comes time to car shop, just go to Wissler Motors and speak with Tyler.

Smooth sailing!

I honestly have never purchased a car from a dealership before, so I went in with assumptions that they just want to make a sale, and I’d feel pushed or pressured into a decision. This was NOT the case! I was warmly greeted by Tyler Ashley, who was so friendly with my toddlers. He gave me a nice ballpark from the top of his head to what my budget was going to be based on what I wanted ideally as a monthly payment. He didn’t show me anything that I couldn’t afford. He was so personable and easy to talk with. Everyone in the office was so friendly and helpful, the finance manager Jason Schmitt took time to talk to me, even after they closed for the night. The buying process was seamless and efficient! The car I selected was 2 years old and in pristine condition, 6k miles on it. Very happy with how clean it was! I love that I can get car washes for free for the life of my ownership. The only thing that I’m not absolutely thrilled with- in order to be a part of their free car wash and discount program on services, I have to keep the front Wissler license plate, and a sticker on the back of my car. Not my personal preference to have a front plate. Overall, 5 stars all the way around. I’ll be a customer for life, and happy to support our local small businesses!
