Honest and efficient.

There was no game playing. You didn’t feel that if you didn’t play hardball you would get cheated. You were offered a product at its price.

Customers always come first at Wissler

I have bought several cars, had service work done and referred others to this dealership. Always a great experience. I will continue to go here for all my automotive needs.

Average

Wissler was fine to deal with. However, the truck we purchased has a 1/4 tank of gas, I'm thinking they could have given us a full tank. We also received one key with a worn out key fob, pretty sure they could have had one made for us, instead we had to go to Batteries and Bulbs and pay $116 for one. So, no, I would say they were average. They didn't really want to bargain, they knocked off $900, which is ok, but then we spent that money for a key fob and a full tank of gas. It's sort of a nickle and dime deal. I think we got a decent price on the truck. We will take advantage of all the "free" services they offer, after that I may have a higher opinion. I had a needed repair that was still under warranty. Ashley alerted the service department . When I arrived, Pete was on . He resolved the issue in a timely matter and I was on my way. Thank you to all at Wissler Motors.

JEEP CHEROKEE

After checking out the vehicle online I decided to check it out in person. It was a pleasant experience from the moment I walked in the door. After the initial test drive I made it clear that I was still looking around and was not pressured into buying on the spot. I looked around and came back to make the purchase. It was a very easy process and I am pleased that I came back.

A pleasant buying experience

Wissler made the car buying process easy. The car was priced fairly. No haggling of pricing. Tyler was very down to earth and informative, no pushy or overbearing. He made the car buying process easy. Jason got the paperwork done in orderly fashion. Overall it was a stress free venture. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new car.

Unexpected problems resolved quickly

The service staff are always so accommodating, even on a Saturday morning. I dropped off my Jeep for diagnosis and repair and they had a courtesy car waiting for me. A+ service!
