Fantastic Customer Service

I’d been searching for a Toyota Venza that fit my budget. Wissler Auto is a local dealer with great customer service reps. Tyler Ashley is great and so personable ! Never was there any pressure to purchase that day or what I came to look at but the numbers were presented clearly and without pressure. Very simply and matter of fact. Ashley quickly pulled our paperwork together on day of delivery. We’ll be back!

Great Service

Staff is always friendly, we can get an appointment quickly. Always appreciate an explanation of the bill. Like the option to drop my car off and pick it up later. Like the free wash too.

Efficient, friendly, accommodating

Found car on CarGurus website and contacted Jason Schmitt through emails. Made arrangements easily via email and phone, and drove across state to get car. My wife and I were treated well and felt good about the whole process. Highly recommend these guys to anyone!

Great Experience

Yuri was great to work with, he helped me find the right deal for me in my tough situation with being stuck in an old high interest loan. He got me into my dream car for the payment I wanted. couldn’t be happier!

Your prices seem high.

The people are great to work with. Comparing your prices to Whitmoyer's prices you are higher. I would like to continue to service the car where we purchased it, however we still get coupons in the mail from them as we purchased our previous Lacrosse from them. Their price minus the coupons is lower than your price using the coupons. Also your invoice is not user friendly. There was no indication on your invoice what type of oil you used. I had to go back in and ask if it was synthetic or not. There was also a charge on the invoice for doing an estimate????

I wanted to respond to a few of the concerns you shared. 1-Higher prices than Whitmoyer-I believe you will find that most pricing including our labor rate will be under most franchised dealers, however, there will be instances or a few job operations (ie. oil change, etc) that the manufacturer may assist in the cost so they have a "price leader" in order to capture the business for more lucrative jobs. With our Customer Appreciation Program (no charge to our customers), our customers receive $20 off any oil change, free state inspections, two free alignment checks per year, up to $75 of free towing, courtesy loaner vehicles, and free car washes. Above this you can also sign up to earn 5% back on everything spent in service. Given that you also purchased your vehicle from us, you can recieve free car washes anytime - not just at time of service. You also received 1 year of paintless dent repairs and key replacement included with Wissler Motors' program. Overall, others in the industry have expressed how tremendous our programs are for our customers compared to franchised dealers which give me confidence in our overall value to the majority of our customers. 2- Friendliness of invoice - Unfortunately we have to work within the means of the software company. We are limited to how we can structure the information the invoice however, I will bring it up in a meeting I'm having with the company in November. 3-Estimate charge - Please note: There was no charge for an estimate. If you total the job lines and add tax it will equal your total bill. I appreciate hearing your concerns and hope you will reconsider doing business with us in the future. I like this dealership, especially Jason Schmitt the salesma

Jason just gives the facts without pressure or gimmicks. I like the benefits that Wissler Motors offers their customers which includes a free carwash whenever you stop in. A very friendly family oriented dealership.

They always have my back!

Nothing worse than trying to start your vehicle on a Monday morning and it won’t turn over. A tow truck was at my house within the hour and the Jeep was diagnosed, fixed, and ready for pickup by 3:00 p.m., plus I got a ride with the tow-truck driver to the service center where they had a courtesy car ready for me.
