I first went to look at a truck in April, I found the one I wanted and Tyler the salesman was very courteous and helpful in explaining the purchase process. He was very thorough and informative. They do not pressure you to purchase a vehicle and really focus on what fits you in terms of price and preference. The original sale ended up not working out because I became very busy with work a planning my wedding. About a month later I sent Tyler a text that I was ready to buy, he immediately responded and was ready to meet within an hour. The exact vehicle I wanted was there and in a very short time I was off the lot in a great truck. Tyler explained the entire buying process very well and was very understanding and informative like the first time I visited. The fact that they give free car washes, free inspections, and include an All State protection plan was icing on the cake. I love my new vehicle already and would absolutely not hesitate to purchase a vehicle here again! Overall, exceptional service, great pricing, and no pressure from salesman at all! They made me feel comfortable and stress free throughput the process.
