He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and the service performed. We went out for a great test drive and he showed me all of the vehicle's features. I was sold. Yuri made the process relaxing and informative. He presented the various extended warranties and insurance packages available to me. I went with the Allstate Platinum Package, primarily for the tire and wheel protection. The new wheels and tires can be pricey. I never felt pressured to buy something I didn't want or need. I also worked with Ashley Hiestand, Sales Manager, at Wissler Motors. Ashley is very smart and attentive to the details of the paperwork. It is a pleasure working with such professionals. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Yuri is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He answered all my questions and had minor issues with the vehicle addressed right away. When it came to the actual purchase, all the paperwork was organized, explained well and highlighted everywhere a signature was required. Easiest purchase ever. Jesse was knowledgeable of vehicle's history that we were interested in, he allowed us to take a lengthy test drive and was a pleasure to work with through the negotiation along with Ashley. Both Jesse and Ashley were polite and professional. Overall this was one of the best vehicle purchase experiences I have had. Used car I bought was in excellent condition; salesman Jason Schmitt was helpful, attentive, and thorough, no pressure. Only issue I had with the car after purchase was a bit too strong a "new-car" smell, attributed to the cleaner that the dealer used on the upholstery. Although car was bought "as is" Jason arranged an extra ozone clean at no charge to me to try to address the issue.

Jason and the team at Wissler Motors Inc. sure do know how to make the car buying seem less stressful! They are not the typical car deaerahip where they try to jam buying a car down your throat and force you into anything. Their customer service is also great and make you feel welcomed! I went to look at the car at 1 and the dealership closed at 4 i only made the decision to buy the jeep cherokee at quarter til 4. Jason among other salesmen stayed an extra two hours until the process was fully completed. That just goes to show what kind of dealership they are.
