Great Experience
I was greeted by a friendly staff as soon as i enter the building. The salesman, Jesse Dinkel, was very knowledgeable and friendly. I found the exact vehicle i wanted and was not pressured in any way to change my mind or get upgrades i did not want. The credit application process was quick and easy and i was given a fair price and interest rate. I would recommend Wissler to anyone looking to buy a new used vehicle.

Long wait for oil change
We bought our 2014 Jeep at Wisslers last Fall and was very happy with our attention and great salesperson who attended to us. As far as the service department..NOT happy at all!! I had an appointment to get the oli changed and replacement of our inspection stickers. That's all! 1 1/2 hrs later after waiting for my vehicle, I had to ask the service manager where the service guy disappeared to? Probably not returning for any future service if this is who long it takes to get an oil change there with an appointment.

Would buy from Wissler again without hesitation
I don't know many people who love the process of buying a used car. I certainly don't. Yuri and Ashley made the process very easy and pleasant. Driving from Baltimore to Mount Joy to look at a car seemed crazy but when I need another car, I intend to do it all over again.

From Oklahoma to Pennsylvania
I am working a temporary job, and no rental car was provided. I was in the market for a new truck before I left Oklahoma. After calculating the cost of a rental, and how this could be put toward a purchase, I jumped on the internet. Found three vehicles that fit my needs. Met Tyler via messaging and emails. He immediately offered me printed validation of the vehicle at our first conversation. No hesitation on his part, no hidden agenda, no pressure. He let be "buy" rather than "sell me a truck." I visited another dealership and felt strange while in the showroom. The vehicle I drove even had a flat tire, and the salesman said for us to hop in and test drive it anyway. I felt that the salesman had no vested interest in protecting the inventory for the dealership. That was a red flag for me! Tyler and Ashley made it easy to drive to dealership late one evening and allowed me test drive the truck. Even though Tyler was away from the showroom, he was on the phone with me during the visit to the dealership. It took over a week to wire the funds from Oklahoma, but they held the truck for me, processed the paperwork during the transfer, and I made the drive to Mount Joy to pick up the vehicle. Tyler and the staff were very professional, courteous,and informative during the purchase. Our first face to face meeting was when I took possession of the vehicle. Tyler was never pushy, aggressive, or hard-nosed as the other dealerships continue to call, text, and email me many times per day. This purchase from Wissler Motors was smooth as silk and as comfortable as visiting with an old friend.

Easy & Convenient
My wife & I were scouring the web for a good deal on a used SUV. While deals can be found, finding one close enough to actually go look at became an issue. I made the mistake of giving my contact information to an out of state dealer. My voicemail, email, & text quickly filled up and left me with that pushy used car salesman feeling. We decided to try looking locally so we could go see the vehicle conveniently. We found a nicely equipped Ford Edge at a reasonable price at Wissler and went to see it after work. The building was very nice and we weren't sure what to expect as we are not exactly fancy people. Jesse met us shortly after we walked through the door and he was a down to Earth guy which made us feel comfortable. We knew which vehicle we were there to see so he was quick to pull it around for us to see. After a quick look we took it out for a test drive. During the test drive he provided as much information and a fair assessment of the vehicle. Not once did we feel like anything was pushed on us. After some discussion we decided to make a commitment on the car and wanted to leave a deposit. While we did put some money down as a sign of good faith the team repeatedly offered to hold the vehicle without a deposit. It took a day or two to get a check cut and as soon as we did Jesse was flexible around our schedule to sign & drive. When we came in to pick it up, all the paperwork was ready and we were in & out in about 30 minutes. Jesse explained all the warranty & service plan options without shoving it down our throats. Wissler Motors was a friendly environment and they seem to have a commitment to making their customers happy. We'll certainly start here the next time we are in the market for a vehicle.

The Search
After looking at so many websites and reading reviews not to mention all the test drives So what I'm getting at is a great website and a dealership you can walk into with a list of cars that you want to test drive. Customers service is the BEST the salesman gave me the keys and off I went just me and the vehicle no pressure. That is the way a dealership should run no Pressure. Thanks for the perfect experience and the vehicle of my choice.
