I never thought i'd be able to find a nbrand new car in my price range. Howerver, a relatively short search led me to Wissler motors in Mount Joy. We had spoken with Tyler over the phone to confirm the cars availability, he was very polite and belpful and that was before we even got there. Once on the lot Tyler continued to be extremely helpful treating us like family and taking care of us through the entire process. I am thrilled with the 2016 Kia, and would recommed anyone looking for a car to starr there and refer them to Tyler since he was so helpful and made it a very comfortable experience!!!!

What a great experience. No crazy sales pressure. Devin and Yuri were great to work with from the time we walked in the door to the time we drove off with the a few days later. It is certainly the best car buying experience I’ve had in a very long time!

We lost our Jeep Cherokee to a grossly negligent driver who rear-ended it while I was stopped in traffic. It was a total loss. Thankfully it seems that I have suffered no permanent injuries. So we had to find another car. We decided to buy a late model Jeep as a replacement. Tyler Ashley helped us through that process. He was unfailingly knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous without ever being "pushy". He listened attentively to our desires and never tried to pressure us into buying a vehicle that he wanted to sell as opposed to what we wanted to buy. Since some options of our desired vehicle were less than commonly available that mattered to us. In the end we bought a 2016 Jeep Patriot from Tyler and Wissler Motors. Tyler and Ashley at Wisslers motors are an outstanding team that go far beyound any dealership that I have seen.They can be trusted to take all your concerns into consideration and answer any questions you may have about your new or used vehicle on the lot. On the Jeep Commander 06 a leaky windsheild was found, it was replaced at no extra cost. You can TRUST this dealetship with your purchase of any vehicle there. Getting a car usually involves putting a lot of thought and effort into it for me. Fortunately, I came to Wissler Motors for my first car purchase and I am glad i did. I was looking for a used van for well over a month and visited several dealerships and received what I considered the run around from their sales departments (we will look around to find a van and call you - never received a callback from them.) I was ready to give up until spring when I located a van on the internet at Wissler Motors . I called the next morning and Tyler Ashley answered and told me the vehicle was at another location but if I wanted to see and test drive it he would go and bring it back to the dealership. Tyler did not pressure my wife or I and was very courteous and informative making the whole experience enjoyable. The van was just what we were looking for and we made the purchase. My wife and I went to Wissler's to test drive a 2013 Hyundai Veloster Turbo with the intent of a purchase. The sales associate, Tyler Ashley, was very accommodating. Not only was he very knowledgeable about the vehicle, he took the time to provide some history on the dealership as well. He shared his own experiences in car buying and selling, and gave my wife and I plenty of care and concern. He was not pushy, he did not press for a sale.
