Went in for leaking tire, ended up with computer issues. Until it was done, I dealt with 6 different staff - all went out of their way to help me understand the problem and make it better. I was never treated like an inconvenience (I probably was) and the service department did extra things without charging me. I am so impressed...

I worked with Tyler Ashley and as terrible as the car buying process can be he made it a fantastic and easy experience. He was available 24/7 for any questions or phone calls and is very personable rather than pushy like most car salesmen. He even went as far as personally washing my new car himself. The pricing was just right and we found just what we were looking for. Tyler Ashley was super friendly and helpful. He was accommodating with our schedule. He explained everything thoroughly and even multiple times (for those of us who need it). Tyler was not a pushy salesman and helped to make this a pressure-free process. I enjoyed the fact that I was allowed to test drive multiple vehicles with just my husband and no salesman in the car. Tyler has a keen eye and I enjoyed his sense of humor.

When I stopped by Wissler I was for one not expecting to like the car I was looking at and for two not expecting a comfortable sales person to talk to. I spoke to Tyler on the phone before stopping by which could have deterred me from even going there, but he was pleasant on the phone and just as pleasant in person. He was understanding of our busy schedule and was very accommodating from the test drive process down to paperwork and communication. Like others have said, Tyler was knowledgeable of the car we were interested in, which helped a lot since it wasn't a brand we were originally looking at. We are very pleased with our experience at Wissler and will for sure recommend the service as well as the quality of vehicles on their lot.
