My wife and I were very pleased with our experience at Wissler. We were not looking forward to the process of replacing a totaled vehicle, but Tyler made it comfortable and even fun. He was very knowledgeable and eager to serve without pressuring us in any way. We left very satisfied with our purchase and would be happy to deal with Wissler and Tyler again for our next new vehicle.

When we arrived at Wissler's, Tyler greeted us like we were family. He was very informative about the jeep we were interested in. Then we went inside and he explained to us that Wissler does not play games with people. He was upfront and honest about everything including some humor. It was a wonderful experience and we look forward to returning to have our jeep worked on when needed. Everything was explained and handled quickly. We would tell anyone to go to Wissler's and ask for Tyler. He is terrific!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We got a great deal.

I stopped by Wissler's on Friday evening after closing to browse (un-pressured) to see if I wanted to pursue a vehicle here. As I walked around the lot Tyler greeted me and offered his card and allowed me to browse without looking to make a sales pitch right at that moment since I had mentioned I was "just looking" at this stage. I mentioned I was on a budget, we discussed an amount, and as I returned to test drive on Saturday, Tyler was respectful of the budget I was working with and recommended a few vehicles that were in that range. Tyler continued to earn my trust as he offered to Serve and not just Sell. The vehicle I was most interested in had just been traded in so it wasn't quite ready to be shown - thus, I returned Monday evening to take a closer look and get into the details. By Tuesday morning I was ready to close the deal, and Tyler again maintained a level of respect and service that exceeded my expectations. Dan was not pushy and was totally up front and honest during my visit at Wissler Motors. He truly made me feel at home during my visit. The entire team at Wissler Motors did an excellent job. Salesman Tyler Ashley handled everything great from start to finish. He presented everything clearly, responded quickly to emails, texts and calls at all hours, and was fun as easy to talk to. I appreciated how knowledgeable Tyler was with the model Subaru I picked up, as well as the titling and registration process. The Crosstrek XV was a great deal, and looks terrific. My only regret, is that I didn't show up with my best Lawng guyland accent goin' dat day. Eh, no big deal.

We went to look at a Ford Focus, was wonderful. The best part was Tyler Ashley salesman, he was so informative answered all questions, love how dealership taken care. No pressure, talked with son in Maryland and they are coming to look at car. Would recommend buying a car or truck at Wissler.
