First time buyer at Wissler so we appreciated the background and why they do what they do. Tyler provided quality service as we worked through the process and communicated via phone, email and text as requested by us. No major roadblocks, but when a few small speed bumps appeared, timely and fair solutions were found. Thanks Tyler and Wissler Motors!

We keep our cars for many years, but it was time for an upgrade. We saw a SUV listed on Wissler Motors website and when we drove from York to look at it, we had the pleasure to meet and work with Daniel Fry! As soon as we met Dan, he made us feel very comfortable and happily explained the vehicle's features better than any salesperson ever did! He was both extremely knowledgeable and very kind while we asked questions. He was not pushy at all and answered our questions wonderfully! Dan was extremely kind to work with and seemed to really care about our family. We can't thank him enough for making us feel comfortable with our purchase. This is our first purchase from Wissler Motors, but we will be telling everyone we know to check them out because we were so impressed. It's well worth the drive from York! Dan spent plenty of time with us with no pressure and did not make us feel rushed at all. Thank you Dan for assisting us and we are happy to have met you! We are so excited about the SUV we chose for our family :)

We had just bought a vehicle 8 months prior and realized it was too small. We knew it wouldn't be easy to trade it in so soon, but Tyler helped make it easier than we expected. I was pleasantly surprised that this dealership and its salesman Tyler Ashley did not live up to all the used car salesman jokes. Tyler was very knowledgeable without any high pressure typical sales manners. He was entirely interested in what we were looking for and not just making the sale. While not planning to buy a car, circumstances led us to the Wissler dealership and Tyler Ashley. The entire experience was so different than the usual "dreaded car shopping" ordeal. They provide a friendly, yet professional atmosphere laying everything out up front. Wissler and Tyler are certainly a "Hidden Jewel" in the small town of Mount Joy!

This dealership may be in a small town, but they make you feel like a big customer! Great family feeling to the place, and they wanted us to be paired with the right car for us - not for them. Tyler and Ashley were great to work with, addressed all of our concerns, answered all our questions, and helped us get the best deal possible for us.

We came from Philadelphia for a particular car. Both Tyler and Ashley worked hard to make sure that everything was in place so the sale went through smoothly, after a fun test drive of course. Tyler was extremely friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions about the origin of the car and the dealership's pricing policy. I felt that we were dealing with honest people. I wish this dealership was closer to my home so I could take advantage of the service plans.

Very pleased with the way Tyler accomodated us at the last minute to look at a vehicle we researched online. Ended up going home with the car of my dreams, and just in time for Thanksgiving!! Tyler gave up time with his family and spent it with us when he was not scheduled to work at all. Much appreciated.
