Should have came here first!
I have been searching all over the Philly area for the last 7 weeks for a deal on a certified Jeep Grand Cherokee, and had visited quite a few dealers in the area to test drive and get the best deal possible. I have also been scouring the internet on every single auto purchase website that has ever been created, searching for just the right vehicle. I finally came across Wissler Motors in Mount Joy and found a couple of vehicles I was interested in and their pricing listed on the internet was fantastic. I reached out to Wissler Motors and got a hold of Alex Pared and talked to him about the cars I was interested in and that I would like to come in. Very polite and courteous on the phone and I ended up getting anxious and taking a friday afternoon drive out to the dealership, which is about an hour and a half from my house. In the meantime I reached out to some co-workers who live in Mt. Joy to see if anyone had purchased from Wissler and heard some great feedback. When I got to the dealership one of the cars I was looking at had sold but they still had the one 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee I was more interested in available. Alex was very apologetic about the other vehicle, it wasn't that big of a deal for me in the end anyway. There was no pressure whatsoever from the second we started talking. Spoke with a few other people on staff and all were very nice and approachable. This was refreshing after being at other dealerships who acted the exact opposite. Took the car for a test drive and knew that was the car i wanted. The price on the internet was super competitive and the best deal I could find for this model and trim within a couple hundred mile search. When it came time for my trade in I knew I wasn't going to get much on an 11 year old car with 237K miles on it. But instead of just throwing a number at me Alex showed me exactly how they got there with the KBB Dealer valuation. This was something that really impressed me and made me feel that everything was transparent and out in the open. After a few rounds we finally got down to a price i was comfortable with. We had a little trouble with the paperwork and had to push the deal back a couple days but Alex was very understanding and after putting down a deposit made me feel reassured I was not going to miss on on this deal. I have been in my new car for the last week and love it so far. I have been praising the staff at Wissler and telling friends, co-workers and family if they need a vehicle to look up Wissler Motors. It was ultimately their pricing, customer service, and transparent approach that made me feel great driving off the lot with my new vehicle. If only I would have started here first I could have saved a few weeks of aggravation. Thanks again to Alex, Chris, and the rest of the staff at Wissler Motors.

Very Satisfied
Overall I had a very good experience with Wissler Motors during my car search. The Sales representative, Tyler, was very courteous and did his best to answer any questions I had. There was no high pressure salesmanship and I did feel that I got a good deal. They had a good selection of cars to test drive and all were in good condition. I felt free to take my time and choose what I felt was the best option for me and my family. Tyler worked very hard to ensure I was able to leave with my new purchase that evening even going so far as to wash and clean it himself as it was late in the evening. I would go there again if I was in search of another vehicle.

Wonderful Experience !!!
So after an awful experience earlier in the week at another car dealership, we decided to try our hand at “Wissler Motors” in Mount Joy, based on the positive Google Reviews. We entered the dealership very hesitant around 11:00 am, and proceeded into the showroom. A young man was walking out the doors, but turned around and smiled. I wasn’t sure if he worked at Wissler, but I asked if he knew who could help us. He came right back into the showroom and introductions were made. Little did I know this was going to be the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had ! I explained there were 2 vehicles listed online, we were interested in looking at. The young man found the keys to both and we headed outside. The first vehicle was a beautiful Chrysler 200. We looked it over and the young man showed us all the features and was happy to answer all questions we had. My husband had driven the same car earlier in the week, however the young man stated all cars are different, so please test drive it. He was not trying to give us any “song and dance”, but I still had my guard up. We then went and looked at a gorgeous Ford Fusion. It was like this car was brand new right off the manufacture line, however it was a used car. Mrs. Wissler does an amazing job buying cars for this dealership and should also be commended. The young man was again eager to show us all the features and answer any questions. My husband wanted to test drive this beauty, so they embarked onto the open road, but before that, the young man showed myself & my daughter to the waiting room like a true gentleman would. Upon return, I could tell my husband liked the car. We decided to sit down and start the worst part of car buying - “negotiations”. The young man went over all that Wissler Motors had to offer and we came to an agreement. WAIT, did that just happen ! No sleezy sales technics ? No one trying to pull one over on us ? Someone who was honest and we could be honest with as well ? YES IT DID !!! As you can see from my remarks above, I never reference the young man that helped us as a “car salesman or sales representative”, as he was neither to us. He was a true gentleman through the entire process. I am sure you are wondering who this young man of mystery is…… ALEX PARED. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a vehicle go see ALEX PARED at Wissler Motors. He was a true gentleman in every sense and Wissler Motors should be proud to have him on their team !!!

Great Buying Experience
Very pleased with the vehicle purchased and the overall experience. Drove off the lot feeling confident that the vehicle had been well serviced prior to the purchase and that the dealership would stand behind the car they sold. We were very pleased with our salesperson Ashley. Her knowledge of vehicles was impressive and after listening to our needs, pointed us in the right direction. It's nice to have such a quality dealership and salesperson so close to home.

So helpful in a stressful situation!
I am a 22-year-old female finishing up my senior year in college and living in Philadelphia; my parents live 3 hours away. Needless to say, when my old car finally reached the end of its life, I was very stressed about how I would go about finding a nice, newer, used car at a decent price. I found Wissler Motors through Edmunds.com and I knew that the beautiful, dark red 2012 Honda Civic that Wissler Motors had listed was exactly the car I was looking for and definitely worth traveling to Mount Joy for. I spoke with Tyler Ashley on the phone when I first called in to inquire about the car--he was the first dealer that I had spoken to all week that genuinely made me feel less stressed about my situation and went above and beyond to figure out if it was worth it to get my old car towed to them. He even was able to place the 2012 Honda Civic I was looking at on hold for me until the next morning when I could meet my dad there to see the car. Tyler is a new employee of Wissler Motors and is extremely passionate, understanding, and eager to help in any situation. Tyler warmly greeted my dad and I and introduced me to many staff members who all welcomed me to the "Wissler Family." I truly appreciate the welcoming and reassurance that Wissler Motors and Tyler offered me as a young adult trying to figure out how to do things such as find and purchase a new car. I will definitely be returning to Wissler Motors for all future work on my 2012 Honda Civic and for future purchases! It's very comforting to know that I always have someone to reach out to that can help me in any situation that may arise with my new vehicle. Thank you!

I had been to 8 dealerships over the last months looking for the right Jeep Grand Cherokee. Mother Nature makes life stressful sometimes!!!
Black Ice brought my Ram 1500 and Wissler Motors together. From the first phone call with Ted Morelock in collision, I felt at ease that this was the place to get my truck repaired. Met with him, took pictures of the issues and he took care of my insurance situations plus got a call for a local rental car that I picked up at Wisslers. No need to run all over creation and make more stress from a stressful situation. With all the questions Ted could get in a days time from everyone, he was patient with me and answered everything. They had my truck for 9 days and when I went to pick it up, it was beautiful again. Dropped the rental car there and he took care of contacting the rental company. All my fears were put to rest at Wisslers, thanks to Ted and his staff of great collision repair technicians. The hot chocolate was great too!!! Lloyd Glazer, York, PA
