I made an inquiry on Wissler's website back in September and Alex followed up on it with me. I wasn't very optimistic about being able to find anything (I had very specific needs) but Alex matched me with a vehicle that fit perfectly. Then, Chris helped get me financing in what was undoubtedly a difficult situation. Then, after a boo boo on my part (truck is a tight fit in my garage, I learned the hard way), Ted worked to find a replacement for my side view mirror (challenging for a 9 year old vehicle, I'd imagine). All in all, I had a great experience with Wissler and have recommended them to several friends (even out of state residents) for just that reason. I admit, I waited a little bit to post a review, wanting the shine to wear off a bit and to see how their post-purchase service holds up. I've had my Explorer for a month now and at no time have I ever gotten anything but top notch service when I contacted Wissler (or just walked in out of the blue, since they're right down the street from me). I have recommended them to people I know unabashedly.

Purchased a 2012 Mazda 5 from this dealer. They were friendly even over the phone and through email, and most of my transaction was settled long before I even showed up in person to buy the car. They have a waiting room ideal for families with children, and my wife and kids certainly appreciated that. I got an excellent price on the vehicle, and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Have been looking for good 1 or 2 year old mid sized SUV and needed in a few days for trip. Wissler had one of the better inventories and prices for what I was looking for so picked this as one of the dealers to visit, even though it was a little further away than other dealers. My salesperson was Ashley Joline , who was very helpful and friendly and was able to do all the paper work with little delay and I was able to get the car that day. Overall a nice experience.
