Had a great experience buying a used car from Dave. This was my son's first car purchase and everything went very smoothly. Dave did a great job showing all the features of the car and allowed time for a thorough test drive, even staying past closing time to ensure we were happy with the car. A nice refreshing change to car buying. No pressure. Friendly staff. Tom was easy to work with. He was very helpful to our questions and didn't play any games that you may experience at other dealerships.

I purchased my new vehicle during the end of year rush. I walked into the dealership to just look as I was still uncertain on what kind of car I wanted. From the moment I stepped foot into the dealer to the time I signed my paperwork, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Mike Rocchi was a great salesman and I highly recommend him. He took the time to show me new vehicles in my price range and was never once pushing me to make a deal. He was extrmemly knowledgable and made the process very easy for me. I never once felt pressured and he patiently answered all of my questions and explained things to me. I did not buy during my first visit as I wanted to "sleep on it." I returned the following day to test drive again and ask more questions. Mike was right on top of everything and we were able to work out a great deal that made me want to buy the car. I would highly recommend Mike and Faulkner Mazda.

Great service! No Pressure!

Recent CX-5 Purchase
My wife and I were looking for a 2013 CX-5 Grand Touring with specific options, and without all the annoying add-ons that dealers use to pad their margins (read: $400 floor mats). After several miserable experiences with misleading internet sales teams at other dealerships, we were contacted by Kim Principale. She did a great job of getting us a price on the exact car we were looking for. When it wasn't on the lot, they offered to locate one elsewhere. When it wasn't on any lots, they offered to order it straight from Japan for a nominal deposit. I was happy to be working with a dealer that didn't try to cop out and sell us something on the lot. Now, there were some complications with the order, and somehow the car couldn't be found without AWD within our 6-8 week wait window. Manager Larry offered to split the invoice price of the AWD down the middle. While my was was displeased about this "upsell", Faulkner had accumulated enough credibility in my eyes to trust that they'd done all they could. When we picked up the CX-5, Ravi walked us through all its cool features. He was as excited and enthusiastic as we were! All in all, I am happy to know there's a dealer out there with this kind of character.

She made the purchase process very easy and smooth from the beginning to the end. Our purchase was a great experience because of her.

Ravi was extremely helpful in deciding what type of car to buy. My need to buy a car was unexpected due to being involved in an accident and me vehicle being totaled so I was extremely confused on what to purchase. Everyone was helpful and listened to what I needed in a car and what I liked about my old one to help me come to a decision. The price that they gave me to purchase the car was amazing including the extended warranty. I am very thankful that I went to this dealership to purchase a car and was able to have a salesman like Ravi to help me during this time when everything else involving the accident has been very difficult.

Sales were pleasant, straightforward. I had a great test drive, including a highway drive, and no pressure to purchase that day. When I had competing quotes, Dave was honest about what he could match, and why he could not match the low ball offer I was given by another dealer. When I came in to buy, it was easy. No pressure to buy extras, and no surprises at the closing. I would go there again.
