We visited Faulkner Madza in Trevose today and had a great buying experience. We were looking for a particular car and wanted to stay within a certain price range. We called ahead to see if the car I found on cars.com under Faulkner Mazda was still available. We spoke with a nice and knowledgeable Sales Associate, Mike Rocchi. He informed us that the car was available and the price matched what we were looking to spend. Shortly after, we arrived and were greeted by a friendly and pleasant staff. The car I was interested in, was parked right up front. From that point out the buying experience was very easy and went smoothly. There was no haggling, no pressure and no beating around the bush. The best part is, I walked away with a car I know I'm going to love and already do. I would recommend Faulkner Mazda of Trevose for their exemplary customer service, they definitely made the buying process less stressful and hassle-free.
