I have no problem the work that was performed. However the amount I was quoted for the work was half of the total performed work since a major part integral to the work was not part of the quote. I paid the total amount when I picked up the car but was told that Stacy would call me on Monday after the recorded quote call was reviewed. I didn’t receive a call so I texted Stacy. She said her manager would have to listen to the call. I never received a call back but did receive a credit which is the only way I knew how this was resolved. Totally unacceptable.

Tori was extremely helpful and very friendly. She did her job with total professionalism. The Subaru team was overall very nice and helpful. I am just not happy with Subaru right now and just sent them an email. My Eye Sight quit functioning in November 2024. A left rear wheel speed sensor had to be installed and I am guessing the Eye Sight had to be reset in order for it to work. It was in for that and for the completion of inspection and emissions. My car is a 2021 Subaru Legacy with 40000 miles on it. I was not prepared to pay for those repairs. But I am not blaming the technicians. I am blaming Subaru. Tori did a great job. As did the other employees. I am very pleased.
