Washington Ford

We discovered a used Dodge Ram service truck online. We contacted the dealership, and the staff was fantastic to work with! After driving over an hour to pick it up, we found the customer service to be great in person. I would recommend them 100%!

Kevin in the service department was extremely helpful. I was traveling with my family to Florida when an unexpected situation occurred with my car. I found your dealership and walked in and told Kevin about my dilemma and he did everything possible to ease our situation. We weren’t able to totally correct the problem but enough was done to get us back on the road. Kelly the receptionist was also very nice as we had our dog with us during this trip and she was very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed during this frustrating time.

Ford took care of me with my repair part. My appointment was on time and took less than an hour. The waiting room was more than comfortable with free espressos. Kevin and his guys took care of me and got me on the road asap.

Bill is a car guy and was also into bike's so we had a lot to talk about. I didn't buy a Ford but I got a nice one owner low mileage Denali pickup. I really wanted that 3/4 ton Rocky ridge pickup but was out of my price range. Ask Bill about his Big block Torino and prepare for some good conversation.

Kevin is a great service advisor. He keeps you informed on every action taken and checks with you before proceeding on recommendations.

Alex did a great job repairing my 2013 Ford Explorer. it was a big job (water pump) along with all the additional services he performed.
