Voided Warranty
Dropped my truck off for an electrical issue Purchased at Washington Ford with add on Warranty and was told warranty would not cover work due to an aftermarket speaker system being installed incorrectly however whatever they were talking about was in the truck when I purchased it from them So if not eligable for an add on warranty they should refund the warranty or take care of the work.

Very Satisfied Customer
Usually we like to wait for the church van, but because of the coronavirus we had to leave it overnight. So we had to use an additional vehicle and day, to get the van inspected. The good thing is when we filled out the paperwork, we requested the van be done by 11:00 AM and that is when they called us to pick it up; now that is how you do business.

service during COVID
I contacted Washington Ford during the COVID shutdown because my car needed an oil change. I got a message saying that they would contact me when they reopened their service department. They did - and had a "contact-less" system set up so that I could speak with them and pay for the service without entering the building. The day that I picked up my car, one of my turn signals malfunctioned. I called them again, and they took care of it right away. I didn't have an appointment, but I was able to stop by at my convenience the next day and sit outside the building at a picnic table while they took care of my car. They had it fixed in just a few minutes, and it was virtually "contact-less" again. Don Paris was the Service Advisor, and he did a great job taking care of both calls virtually!

Mostly pleased
I was very pleased with my recent visit with my truck. I do have one issue though. I had an appointment set up in February to have the oil changed. Because of the pandemic, my appointment was cancelled. Because the truck was due for the oil change, I asked if it would be ok to wait for awhile to get it done. Your employee, not sure who I talked to, told me not to wait & have it serviced elsewhere & to keep my receipt & I would be reimbursed because I purchased the complete care package when I bought the truck. I asked about it when I set the appointment for the recent visit. He told me that he didn't know anything about it & couldn't help. I've called twice since then & haven't gotten anywhere with my issue. No one seems to be able to help. Will someone please let me know what to do to get reimbursed?
