The department manager,Doug, was attentive and was thorough in accessing our vehicle’s problem and worked with my wife and I to resolve our problem to our satisfaction. We also considered purchasing a replacement vehicle and talked with Josh, a salesman, who was friendly and enthusiastic to help us. However, we decided to repair our vehicle.
