RECENTLY BOUGHT 2015 RAM

SERVICE HAS NO I REPEAT NO QUALITY CONTROL ! EVERY ISSUE AND CONCERN WAS NOT RESOLVED . TOTALLY SAD AND UNPROFESSIONAL THE NUMBER OF TIMES BACK AND FORTH. BOUGHT OFF OTHER CHRYSLER DEALERS BUT NEVER AGAIN THERE DUE TO SERVICE !

South Hills Jeep

August 30,2015. I emailed this dealership about a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited I had read about on cars.com. I did not receive a email back. I deceided to call and visit the dealership. Oh they were happy to see me. Showed me the jeep, took my email address and the internet lady and salesman took my name, number and said they would call me. Never heard from them all week, then over Labor Day weekend they raised the price $2000 over the internet price

Recent Purchase of 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Our salesman, Antonio, and everyone else at South Hills Chrysler Plymouth Jeep provided excellent service. I looked at one other local Jeep dealer during the buying process (to get a price check), and knew I was getting the best deal, with the best folks at South Hills. I'm very, very happy with South Hills, and expect that this will be a long-lasting relationship.

I was looking for a new Jeep and I was contacted by Christine by email when I submitted an online request for a quote. She was knowledgeable, kind, gracious and patient. When I went to the dealership to look at what was available I met Ryan. He is funny, and extremely polite. He was patient and very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions, had all of the information we needed and it was my comfort with Ryan,Christine and the dealership that convinced me to purchase a brand new Jeep that evening. We got a great price on exactly what I wanted. I am extremely happy with my experience and with my new Jeep!

South Hills Kia was wonderful!

Terrible customer service

I posted a review last week and for some reason it is not here. Hmmm. I purchased a car a few weeks back and had an important issue come up. I called and left a message with the sales mgr. and he never returned my call. The next evening I called and talked to Jim Kostic (sales Mgr) He said he would call me back the next day. He did not. I left a message on the Gen. Mgr. cell phone to call me. He did not. The following day I talked to (had sales mgr. paged) Ray Morris and A,J, and they answered my question and put my mind at ease in about 15 minutes.. Thank you. So apparently most of the people that work there do not return phone calls. I later found out they were playing golf....hm...would it have killed them to do a little customer service before they hit the links? When you are looking to buy a car, nothing but phone calls and after the purchase...you are not important. I will not buy here again. BTW, it took 3 days to get an answer to my question.

Dont expect courtesy after you buy

I recently leased a car through this dealership. After the bill arrived I had questions about the way the papers were worded. It was very important that I talk to someone. I called and left a message on Bill Blaskiss(sales mgr,) phone. I did not hear back so I called and left a message at 830 because apparently no one answers the phone after 8:30. A Mr Jim Kostic (sales Mgr.) called me back, I explained the problem and he said he would call me the next day after 10 am. He never called back. I called that evening and left a message on Larry Whites(general mgr,) cell telling him it was important that I talk to someone right away. No call was returned. The next day I asked the answering service if someone was there that could help me. She let me talk to Ray Morris (Sales Mgr.) and he had A.J return my call in about 15 minutes.He answered my questions and the issue was resolved within 5 minutes. A simple phone call could have settled this issue. When we were looking to buy a car, there were all kinds of phone calls made to us, but once we signed on the dotted line it was like we didn't exist. What a way to do business. BTW, Mr White and Mr Kostifc couldn't return my calls the next day as they were on a golf outing. Nice customer service!

Save time, money and stress, go somewhere else!

I would NOT recommend the service department at this store! I took my Dodge truck here thinking that I would get quality service, I was wrong! My truck had a problem with the cooling system and transmission systems mixing fluids. It cost me over $4000! I got my truck back less than 3 days a Hose started leaking. Hey had me under the impression they would cover costs to fix it (else I wouldn't have taken it back), ended up having to have to towed after making it half way there. I get it there and I am told it is not the "area they were working on" and I would have to pay another $200 to have it fixed and the part wouldn't be in until Friday. On Friday I got a call that the part was on back order, 3 more days! My husband called local stores and found the part. I got my truck that Monday. Less than a week later my transmission went. Three different mechanics told me they should have never tried flushing my transmission. A new mechanic opened my transmission and it still had antifreeze in it. He also told me that they did not do $4000 worth of work to my truck. The service department was not helpful AT all (except for the first guy I talked to who they informed me was no longer with the company when I started to complain). I also talked to the manager Bill Winters who was very rude and unhelpful. I hope that people will seriously consider a different service department to avoid being ripped off!

Restored my faith in SHC

I just purchased my 4th jeep in six years (second from here) and the level of talent and commitment from the sales staff and management is excellent. A few years ago the best I could say is they lost their way and today they have found it again. Jim the sales manager is great takes the time to know you and Christina was a great pleasure with A LOT of automotive experience in the industry. Thank you South Hills for being a regional leader in the automotive sales industry.
