I would not recommend this location to anyone the sales

I would not recommend this location to anyone the sales person was very good but the service was terrible I was ripped off I had nothing but trouble out of my 24 VWatlas I was over there about every 2 months they never fixed the problem after 20 t miles 4 new tires then after 3t miles on this one 4 more new tires I was livid they are a big rip off don't ever buy a VW Atlas I never will my husband was hung up on when trying to talk to them about the problems bad service they put a remote start on my car didn't even do that right STAY AWAY

Most god-awful experience I've had in my life while

Most god-awful experience I've had in my life while purchasing a vehicle. And I've bought a BUNCH over the last 40 years. I got there shortly after opening and came to an agreement on trade and price within 30 minutes. I sat there for another 5 to 5 1/2 hours while waiting for them to get the new Audi ready. And then they didn't get all the tech set up correctly. I had to go back 5 days later an another hour and a half with three employees man handling my car trying to get things working. No luck at all and all the while, the management team didn't seem to care. They said they did but the didn't. You can NOT trust them or their "policies". Go anywhere, literally ANYWHERE else in Evansville to buy your vehicle. Anyone want to buy a very slightly used Audi Q5?

We were very impressed with the sales dept when we bought

We were very impressed with the sales dept when we bought our new car. Especially Ashtyn, she was patient with us driving several different ones. And getting the technology specialist to show us all the bells and whistles on it. Please go see Ashtyn@Dpatrick if you're looking for a new/used vehicle. Service dept here is great also they treat you like you matter.

Great experience buying from them.

Great experience buying from them. Ashtyn(sales) was a huge help. Never acted rushed even though it was close to closing time. And always responds quickly with questions even after the sale. Service dept treats you very well. Tabatha is kind and very good at her job. We loved our whole experience with Dpatrick.

I was met at the door by a very nice gentleman who asked

I was met at the door by a very nice gentleman who asked if he could help and guided me to the service department. The guy in service was equally helpful, explained the process, and offered things to assist with my wait. All this was greatly appreciated as this was my first trip with my Audi for service. I could have taken advantage of the drop-off/pick-up service, but I chose instead to just walk to the mall. While there, I was given text message updates, received a video showing the inspection, and was called to inform me of service completion. Upon returning, I was given the opportunity to ask questions, was guided to the cashier, and was thanked by everyone I encountered, including the guy doing the video, for my business. Very pleasant experience!
