They were very courteous and they were able to coordinate all the work so that it was done in one day. I appreciated the return home and then pick-up when the car was ready

Good service, friendly staff
Everyone is kind and very attentive. I enjoyed meeting a lot of the staff. Even those that were not involved with my sale still came over introduced themselves and we very welcoming.

Feels like you're Family

A great Experience
We only had one day to get a car and they treated us well by giving us time to think as we took the car to lunch. The car, the warranty, the accessories and the set up of our phones on the Blue Tooth were all done with patience and care.

Good experiance
Happy friendly employees, value pricing of cars, quality cars, snacks and drinks. Free oil changes and car washes. Employee are serious about trying to make the customer feel comfortable and happy. I have visited several other large car dealers, Murdock is by fair the best to work with! They understand customer service, and understand the value of making the customer enjoy the car buying experience.

Service department issues
Run, don't walk away from this dealership if a good, friendly service department is important to you. Customer service is definitely lacking in the way they take care of their customers after the sale is made. I like my Elantra, but having to deal with their service department is a deal killer for me when it comes time to buy another car.
