Great experience
This was our first new car buying experience so we were initially nervous and wary, but Derick Thorn eased those concerns. Various vehicles were introduced, various financial options were given, and a new car was purchased. A day after buying the car I noticed scratches on the interior and a small dent on the outside so I contacted Derick and he arranged to take care of those issues or replace the car. My wife and I were appreciative of this entire car buying experience.

Car buying like it should be!
Spencer helped my wife and I look at several cars over a period of about 2 months. He gave us the information we needed, gave us valuable insights, and helped us get into a great 2013 Elantra. During this time he valued us as people and we never felt the traditional "pushy salesman" like we experienced at other dealerships. I would recommend people work with Spencer and Murdock Hyundai if they want a great car buying experience!

I will NEVER visit Murdock Hyundai of Lindon again
We have been loyal customers of Murdock Hyundai, and have purchased our last two vehicles from this dealer. I am so disappointed in the recent quality of service, and attitude of the general manager. Long story short, we had very expensive AC repairs performed, and 13 months later the same problems occurred again. The general manager, Paul Tew, met with us, but would not listen to our concerns and accused us of wanting free repair. I kept explaining to him that this is not the case, and I only wanted them to pay the diagnostic charge. Again, he countered with accusations of us that are simply not true, and was very belittling to me and my wife. The general manager did not want to listen to us or even value us as customers. If this is the new norm for Murdock Hyundai of Lindon, then I will never give them my business again.

If only all dealership were like Murdock Hyundai of Lindon
My niece has an old car with regular issues. She's still establishing her credit, so her budget was small and most dealerships weren't interested or the cars they had in her price range were as bad as, or worse than the car she had. A friend recommended Murdock Hyundai of Lindon, so I went on my lunch break to scope it out before I took her. I met with Andrew May and was grateful for his time in listening to me, offering realistic solutions and being willing to meet with my niece just to educate her on cars, purchasing a car and how to manage her credit to her best advantage. When she came home after meeting with him, she was so excited to have someone treat her so well and be willing to do so much, even if it didn't result in a sale for him at the time. I was so impressed that I thought I would look for a car for me. I was looking for something specific, as I'd already done quite a bit of research. Andrew stayed in contact with me and I drove a few cars he found over the period of a month and he found one that he thought might be right...and he was spot on! I was in the car for less than five minutes and knew I wanted it, so I bought it that day (very unlike me). He made the process so smooth (even though he was transferring in a car from another location). I've now recommended him to a number of people I know looking for a car.

My First Big Purchase
This was the biggest purchase I have ever made, therefore I was pretty nervous. The employees at Murdock Hyundai were very friendly and walked me through every step the the process of buying the car. I walked in with a good idea of what I wanted and how much I was willing to spend. Todd was willing to show me as many cars as I wanted to look at. After I had decided on the car to buy, I felt we came to a fair price. I was impressed with their attention to detail, they thoroughly cleaned the car and even filled the tank up with gas. They were very patient in answering my questions and they made sure that I understood everything that I was signing and agreeing to. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Great Service Representatives and timely support.
I was in search for a vehicle at a spur of the moment. My fiance recommended Murdock Hyundai in Lindon because of the friendly staff and great experience that he had. I told Will and Grayson that I was on a time crunch and he worked with me in the most positive and effective manner with the little time I had to pick out a new car. He was very good and quick to resolve minor issues. The Finance Director was amazing and very knowledgeable in answering all of my questions and helping me find the best possible deal for my new vehicle purchase. I walked away happy and unregretful of my overall experience. I will highly recommend this place to friends and family.

Needed two cars and this experience was amazing
We needed two cars because one was in an accident and the other had a timing belt go out. I looked on-line at several different dealerships. I found a couple of used cars I liked at Murdock Hyundai. When we got there Paul Tew got us in contact with Cameron Wernig. Both were very pleasant to work with and they gave us a great deal. They also helped with a minor issue with one of the vehicles after we had taken it home. We will definitely visit them for any future car needs (new or used)! NO REGRETS is just what it means!

Second great experience!
