Very easy to work with!

Sometimes car dealers will tell you anything to sell you a car. I felt the people I dealt with at Kenny Kent did everything that they said they would. It was a quick and easy process.

My salesman was Jarrett buck and he did and awesome job making sure everything was fast and streamlined, I was in and out of the dealership within an hour. I would highly recommend Kenny Kent Toyota to anyone looking for a new or used toyota

I bought a new tundra, it broke down after less than 12k...

I bought a new tundra, it broke down after less than 12k miles. They blamed it on an aftermarket remote start, which made no sense because the truck would bog down when I hit the gas. They wouldn't give me a diagnostic report print out. I ended up having to argue with them for 5 weeks to get one. Once I got it, it showed my diagnostic codes being the fuel pump recall related ones. Toyota sent them a technical advisory plan on those codes 3 weeks before I took my vehicle there. They ignored Toyota's warning, lied about the issue with my truck, then tried to cover it up. That was last year and I still do not have a timetable on when I will get a fuel pump, or any kind of response or acknowledgement from them. Fraud then cover all the way. Unfortunately for them I now have the bulletin from toyota, the diagnostic report, and the original work order which blames it 100% on the remote start and doesnt even mention the fuel pump.

Jason, We are always looking for ways to take better care of our customers and appreciate their input. However, this conversation has ended. A dealer does not hide a diagnostic report, and the fuel pump is not on recall. This reporting is in the national service history and accessible by Toyota and Toyota dealers. We are not making your truck payment or paying to reinstall your aftermarket product, as you requested during your last visit. We stand by our original statement: Jason, we did run the diagnosis during your December 30 visit to investigate why the “check engine” light was on and traced that and a myriad of failed codes to an aftermarket add-on. A faulty fuel pump was not evident in the Techstream reporting we ran during your visit, your VIN did not appear in Toyota’s national service recall list and still does not, nor were any symptoms of a failing fuel pump discussed.This Kenny Kent diagnosis reporting will manifest itself at every Toyota dealership when they access the Toyota national database historical service records for your Tundra. Toyota is working to supply the servicing dealers with fuel pumps for the customers affected by this recall and regular service demands. You chose a great truck. The timing of the fuel pump recall and the initial “check engine” light alert created a frustrating experience. We hope to see you again one day and wish you many years of excellent driving experiences in your Tundra. Thank you.

The lease of my new 2020 Camry went exceptionally well.

This is the 2nd consecutive new lease from Kenny Kent. Our salesman was Josh and our finance guy was Russell. These 2 guys are incredible at their respective positions. They also handled our prior new lease. We would highly recommend them both to new customers. Our questions were answered before we asked. Kudos to you both!! We truly enjoyed working with them.

I have purchased before at Kenny Kent Toyota and recently, purchased a 2020 Highlander, at the dealership. I highly recommend my salesman, Jarett Buck. Not only was he knowledgeable about the vehicle, he was also very personable. He was very through when explaining all the technology on the vehicle. Since the purchase, he has contacted me, to see if i have any additional questions. Therefore, due to salesman like Jarett, i highly recommend Kenny Kent Toyota. Way to go Jarett Buck!
