Bought car from klick Lewis should of known better ther was a guy with a sign saying there a rip off but I figured what could be Wong with a nissian didn't take long to figure out he was right. Bad dession

Klick Lewis Chevrolet has lied to me on multiple visits
Klick Lewis Chevrolet has lied to me on multiple visits (July & October) in order to avoid doing warranty work. I caught them on dashcam confirming that there were major transmission issues, and on their report they wrote that they test drove it multiple times and found “no anomalies”. The tech, Nathan Brandt, told me it’s safe to drive. This was a blatant lie. As soon as I started driving the transmission rumbling began again which led me to check the dashcam. This is when I found the video of the tech going through the whole drive about how bad the transmission is. I will post the video and add a link to this review soon. In addition to the rumbling transmission issue, there were issues with a DEF fluid sensor and tires that were never resolved. They also kept my vehicle for two days without my consent. I told the tech I needed the vehicle back the day I dropped it off. I asked if I can pick up my vehicle and he ignored me until the next day. I tried to call and speak with a manager after discovering the video, and they ignored me. It was only after I contacted Chevrolet’s social media team that the dealership was willing to call me back. When I spoke with Jon Grove, he told me the technician Nathan Brandt had a long history of bad mistakes and they were going to fire him as soon as they can find a replacement. This did not happen. Jon finally agreed to meet in person to discuss a resolution a month after they lied. In this meeting he tells me that it’s actually not Nathan who messed up, but the technician who test drove the vehicle. I did not accept that excuse as I also have Nathan on dashcam driving the vehicle. We agreed to speak with the general manager, he called us a week later. There were red flags immediately. He told me he couldn’t hear anything on the video, and I guess didn’t bother to turn up his volume. How do you dismiss a video showing your technicians endangering customers, and you don’t care to actually listen to it? He also told me that we can’t expect them to check the transmission if I don’t tell them specifically to do so. First of all, I did tell them to check the transmissions! My truck rumbles like the famous Jeep death wobble and he’s telling me I have to tell them to check the transmission specifically. None of that matters though because they were literally on camera identifying the transmission issue. If you’re willing to take your vehicle here at least get a dashcam first. If you’re willing to buy a vehicle here, DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY!

When you contacted GM regarding your experience, they have been in contact with the service manager, and they are aware that we have offered to repair your vehicle under your warranty and GM is satisfied with this. Klick Lewis offers a variety of transportation services, including rental vehicles so that our customers day to day life is not interrupted. If you wish to have your vehicle repaired under the factory warranty, please give us a call to schedule your repair. If you have any questions regarding the process of your warranty, please reach out to our service manager at your convenience. If Klick Lewis Chevrolet is not your preferred GM dealership to repair your GM factory warranty repairs, you are welcome to take your vehicle to any GM dealership of your choice. After not having the greatest luck with car dealerships, I decided to try once more. Eli immediately made the buying experience super easy and stress free. From the start he was honest and got me into exactly what I wanted. In the span of a few days u was driving home in the very car I went there for. Eli was very pleasant and wholesome. I would recommend him to anyone!!

Outstanding
We purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Trax. First their webpage, had great pictures and info on vehicle we were looking for, and at a fair price. We sent offer sheet and it was responded to right away, in a professional and friendly manor (no pressure) We met our salesperson Andre, friendly greeting, had Trax right in front cleaned up and ready for us to look at. After our test drive, Trax basically sold itself, we were pleasantly surprised, handling, features,and space in a smaller package. So next was just to finalize our deal, this is where Andre and Klick Lewis truly shined worked to get us the best financial rate (better than our pre-approval). We were right on budget, and had an additional warranty that we did not expect to have. I have bought many vehicles in my lie some new and some used. This is the 1st time i truly felt good about a purchase, no second guessing or buyers remorse. We left feeling like everyone made out well, our sales person, Klick Lewis, and of course us we went home in a great car, for fair price, and a new friend/business that we look forward to working with. Eli H was wonderful..he was so nice dealing with my tired kids..he gave us exactly what we wanted without pressure or trying to sell us something else. He was patient and showed us every inch of the car and explained it. Very down to earth and cracked some jokes with us. Very nice place to buy your next vehicle. I wrote a review after buying a GMC Canyon on Saturday. Today we had to go to the dealership to pick up missed items from the car we traded.on the way the tire icon came on and when we arrived I told Isaac and he referred us to Zack and he took the truck and it was repaired in one hour. I can't say enough about all the people we have dealt with at this dealership. Also to Chad for going above and beyond !
