Eli did most of the work through emails and text messages, which made going in an easy process. I got there test drove the vehicle, signed some documents and drove home. He even contacted the car rental place to pick up my loaner. He went above and beyond the call. Would highly recommend them and plan to if the opportunity arises.

I am a ‘car guy’ who has bought and sold cars, worked in a garage and painted cars to put myself through college. I had put a week into research to see what was out there, at what price points. It amazed me at how many dealers put a good price out on the internet only to try and jack the price up when you went to close the deal. Only to say when we arrived that ‘Oh that price doesn’t include a host of dealer added things to jack up the low posted price’. Or the offer on the trade in was way below book. Klick Lewis and Jim Strohecker was such a refreshing change. The dealership is incredibly clean and open….fully glassed. And right up front, the price listed was the price. Document fees and taxes and I had the ‘drive away price’. He knew his stock had the vehicle we were interested ready for a test drive, and quickly answered all of our questions. He immediately knew other comparable vehicles at the dealership we could look at as well. I can give Jim and Klick Lewis my strongest recommendation. I have bought a lot of cars, and this was one of the smoothest and most pleasurable transactions I have ever had!

Mike M was very good to work with. He knew a lot about the vehicle we were looking at. Pleasant and offered to meet at dealer after hours if needed to exchange information. Entire sales staff were great, and they did exactly what they said would do with the vehicle to make it just right. I can see why they have been in business as long as they have been.

Ian and the team at Klick Lewis were very professional, friendly, efficient, mindful and accommodating of unconventional work schedules to name some of the attributes that made my customer experience with them so positive! In the rare event of having to wait a moment (i.e. my arriving early for an appointment one day), every staffer I encountered was very attentive but not overbearing and did their part to make sure I knew my business was valued.
