Everything was great! I've been looking at a dodge charger for almost a year, and I decided it was time to get one. Zero Ethics. Do Not Trust Sales Managment !!
After visiting the dealership 3 weeks prior I received an email from the sales department. As part of a push for October sales they had new incentives/offers. Through email to sales I had discussed the exact payment and terms I needed to be at. Sales Management agreed to those terms. Being a bit surprised that the deal could be agreed to now, and not 3 weeks prior, twice I had asked for confirmation that the terms (monthly payment and length of payments) were OK. In both instances management had agreed to the terms and said "come on in we can meet those numbers". Upon arrival (takes me 1.5hrs to get there) sales started the paperwork and showed me the vehicle. As paperwork continued, management came over to inform me they no longer could make the deal based on the AGREEMENT we already established. The poor sales guy had the same look on his face as I must have had. At this point the dealer had 2 options. 1. complete the deal based on terms we both agreed to and potentially take a loss on their end, OR 2. Not live up to agreement and let a customer walk. The dealer went with option #2. OK.. so the deal did not go through. Although I was very angry due to the waste of my time, how does any business let this happen? Could I recommend this dealer to a friend? Simple answer is NO. The sales staff does seem genuine and are rather honest. When it comes to management, be on guard simply because their word/agreement has no value behind it. This is why the title of my review is "Zero Ethics". I grew up with the idea that an agreement had value. If I screw up on my end, I still live up to my agreement even if I take a loss because that agreement or my word, reflects who I am..... and apparently with how this dealer handled it, it truly revealed who they are. My advice is to not deal with this establishment as they have Zero Ethics. I have asked for the owner, Ron Lewis, to call me so he can explain his sales managers actions. No call as of yet. Maybe this story will have a different ending after some time as I always hold out hope that someone will step up to make things "right". Even if that does happen, it would not change the facts that I have experienced with sales management and this dealership. Maybe I am old fashioned at the ripe old age of 43... but i still put value in my word and my handshake, but this experience has taught me that I am part of a dying breed.

Pros at what they do
So far the process has been easy, no stress, and very professional. I would recommend speaking with Ed, my salesman of you have any questions. He has jumped at the opportunity to help m out in special circumstances and has been awesome! I travel a lot so it is difficult for me to get into the dealership. Car will be purchased within a month. Thanks Ed.

I actually go pretty far out of my way and bypass several Jeep dealerships to exclusively bring my Jeep's servicing needs to Ed and the service team. They work around my schedule, always try to minimize my wait time, and are honest and fair with the repairs needed. It's really nice to find a place that you trust, and i know no matter where I'm living in the city, I'll continue to bring my Jeep for their awesome service!
