The sales dept.

The sales dept. was very friendly and supportive during the purchase process. But after purchase, they were unresponsive to any issues. Minor issues were ignored and purchased options were not delivered even though promised, (Apple CarePlay and hands-free tailgate). A very disappointing experience. I would not buy another car from them,

Our experience here was excellent and smooth from the start. We live in a different world these days and the car buying experience has definitely changed, now more than ever with inventory issues. We live an hour away, Red Bank was able to provide terms for us that our local dealerships could not, plus they had the specs we wanted in an XC90. We dealt with Ray who was very communicative. We did the entire deal via phone and text, including a very fair trade-in deal. No more spending hours at a dealership, we arrived for our appt, had the paperwork completed in under 10min, then waited around 20min for the car to be finished detailed. The part that took the longest was Ray showing us how all the technology worked. If we are ever in the market for another Volvo, Ray will be our first call.

Leased a XC60 yesterday from Red Bank Volvo. Worked with Duane Washington from start to finish with outstanding service from beginning to end and the price was right. I am a repeat customer and Duane has been great in dealing with me and my family over the years.

Dealer was extremely unwilling to work with me when issues arose. A new lease had 2 significant issues that were unresolved, and Volvo Red Bank would not abide by Volvo Financial Services lease turn in program. Go elsewhere.

Andy was very welcoming. He listened attentively to my car's issues. His manner was reassuring and I was confident that he would make sure the car was properly taken care of

Service - Robert Winter

I had a problem with the Engine Light coming on. I brought it into Red Bank Volvo for service. My service adviser was Robert Winter, very polite and professional. I chose to wait for my car and Robert kept me very well informed the whole time I waited. Top notch.

I came in with a newly purchased vehicle expecting the worse - like a computer problem but it only needed a tire plug. Andy's calm demeanor and friendly disposition is an asset to the Dealership!
