We test drove and then purchased a new Kia hybrid from our salesperson, John O?Brien . John was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all of our concerns and gave us an incredible deal. Couldn?t be more pleased than we are !!!!

Drove the distance to get into another KIA lease to Irwin Location. After a disappointing experience from a closer dealer, the moment I walked into the showroom, I was met with genuine people, who were very helpful. My salesperson was Andrew, and he was very down to earth, and understanding of my budget and needs. Without pressure, many options were presented before me, I will be returning to Jim Shorkey for my next KIA. There's a reason their ratings are so good! I'm not one to even write reviews, but this dealership is worthy of a good return! :)

I had a very pleasant experience from start to finish with Dan garber! I was a walk in and I didn't think I would be able to leave the lot with even a used vehicle after have a total loss on my last car from an accident. I was able to leave with a car with the features I was looking for and then some and Dan also was very entertaining through the whole process. I am this far very happy with my Kia forte Would definitely buy with him again!

sales people professional and friendly building/salesfloor clean/bright sales people took time and answered questions did not really expect to buy that day but liked the sportage financing took a little longer than expected they had car clean and ready to go quickly

My Husband needed a newer vehicle and preferred a truck this time. Did not offer the Plug-in model that I desired? I got my second choice of vehicle and still not the color I desired. This dealer only gets some vehicles from there main dealer to sell.
