We have purchased two used cars from Sands.

We have purchased two used cars from Sands. In 2020, my husband bought a 2016 Ford Escape. This week, I traded in my 2002 Subaru Outback for a 2015 Subaru Outback. They made both transactions easy and friendly. Both cars run great. Even though I did not buy a Ford, they treated me with much respect. I highly recommend Sands Ford of Red Hill, Pa.

We had service on our 2020 Escape, rear transaxle repair

We had service on our 2020 Escape, rear transaxle repair / replacement. The 2020 Escape has only about 37000 miles on it and was five months out of the power train warranty. Brandon Yon in the service department contacted Ford Customer Relations for us and Ford agreed to pay $800 towards the repair

My experience with Sands Ford on the purchase of my new vehicle was awesome. I came from out of state, Jason and the 2 Derek 's were very professional and friendly,they made everything seamless,we were in and done in under 2 hours.I would definitely refer and recommend Sands Ford,I love my new vehicle.

2021 Ford Explorer purchase

Overall process was a pleasant experience and the staff was friendly. The only comment I have is that the vehicle detailing could have been a little better but ok.

Inspection

I had shading on my front windshield and they told me that it was down to low that I either had to take it off or I had to cut it. They did not tell me that they would cut it for me but instead they left me leave the lot And have to bring my car back knowing that they were going to charge me for my inspection that I get for free. I was not a happy camper. I never had this problem before and I don?t intend to have it again so I hope you can do something about this . Otherwise I do not have a problem with the dealership.

Alternator

RHF was very helpful. We were on vacation and needed an Alternator ASAP as my husband did not have extra medicines with him. Our car broke down on a Saturday. They recommended a Rent-A-Car location. Our car was fixed and ready to go by Tuesday morning.
