Scammy, Unprofessional
Needed an inspection. Normally go to Outten where I bought it but my inspection is over due and I needed it asap. They were the quickest to get in to. Needless to say I will NEVER return! I just replaced my wiper blades myself, SIX months ago. RainX brand and I did them myself since it isn't rocket science. I only drive 8 miles to and from work and I was off for 4 months thanks to Covid so they have hardly been used this year. This turd decides to tell me 'yea they are streaking pretty bad and you'll need them to pass', I can do it for $64. First of all, I'm not the dumb xxxx female you think I am and I know they aren't bad. Second, it will be a cold day in xxxx before I pay you $64 dollars to put cheap xxx $5 blades on my car that only take 5 minutes to do. Steer clear of this scammy dealerships service department! Thanks for taking advantage of me during a pandemic! Classy!

2008 Trail Blazer
Service did not install the speed sensor on my car, they tried to charge me $120 to diagnose the problem. I will NEVER RECCOMMEND THEM.

Made the appointment over my lunch hour and the tire was fixed in time to get back to my job in time. While waiting I had complimentary coffee in the lounge area and chatted with some sales people i am aquatinted with. Overall a very nice atmosphere and quality service.

I would have but found better deal...
Great sales lady, very informative and made us feel welcomed, not a lot of haggling back and forth which I really liked. They even allowed me to make my best offer 1st...however, I found a better deal with a private owner...but if I didn’t I would have definitely purchased from here. Sidebar: I was told I had to meet with the manager before I left the dealership, I guess he or she is the closer but fortunately for me...they were on the phone when I was about to leave.

Deceptive Business Practices Galore!
We leased a brand-new Chevrolet Colorado from Bob Fisher Chevrolet in 2017. When the lease neared its end in March 2019, we returned to Bob Fisher Chevrolet to either finance the vehicle or lease another vehicle for a similar monthly payment. The salesperson made little effort to assist us beyond offering a us a deal that would cost us more than double our previous monthly payments, and so we left the premises without making a purchase. Upon returning the leased vehicle to the company--in pristine condition, with mileage far below the lease limit--the salesperson assured us that our financial obligations to Bob Fisher Chevrolet and GM Financial had been met in full, and our balance was zeroed out. Six months later, we received an invoice totaling $430.55 for failure to make a purchase from Bob Fisher Chevrolet upon returning our leased vehicle. When we contacted the company to rectify this matter, they ignored our calls. The customer service representative at GM Financial was also woefully unhelpful and refused to connect us with a supervisor who could further assist us. We are astounded by this company's deceptive business practices and have reported them to the Better Business Bureau as well as the National Auto Retailer’s Association. If necessary, we will also lodge a formal complaint with the Attorney General’s Office to ensure our account is zeroed out, as Bob Fisher Chevrolet initially promised us. We will never patronize this business again and will warn friends and family to steer clear of this institution as well.

Terrific
We had been all over the place looking for a truck, and had met salesmen who tended to embellish the facts. We were sick and tired of looking and very skeptical heading into Bob Fisher Chevrolet. We were pleasantly surprised and had the privilege of working with Bob Angstadt as our salesman. He was patient, answered all of our questions, or if he didn't know he found out for us. Best of all, he was totally honest. We would highly recommend buying at Bob Fisher, and would also highly recommend you ask for Bob Angstadt.
