We've had a number of vehicles and dealership experiences over the years, and this by far was the best experience we've had. From our first inquiry to taking possession of the vehicle, everyone at Rohrich was so pleasant and easy to work with. I would like to mention Lou Congelier specifically, as he was so great to work with and ensured all of our many questions were answered and that we were happy with our decision--which we are. Out of all the dealerships we've dealt with in the area, Rohrich stands far above the rest.

I’ve consistently had excellent experiences with the service department at Rohrich Cadillac. They do a great job maintaining and repairing my truck, and I truly feel like they care about me as a customer. The team is always friendly, professional, and accommodating. One of the things I appreciate most is how convenient they make the process — they offer rides home when I drop off my vehicle, which makes getting service done much easier with my schedule. Plus, they always complete the work in a timely manner without cutting corners. It’s rare to find a dealership where the service department combines skill, efficiency, and genuine customer care, but Rohrich Cadillac does exactly that. Highly recommend!

I reached out about a vehicle on their website showing discounts. I requested to be contacted via email due to my schedule but was called anyway and a voicemail left. No big deal, once time allowed I followed up via email requesting pricing with discounts, again, another call. The salesperson, Lou, seemed put off by my asking about employee pricing and their discounts. He promised to send a walk around video of the car and a follow up regarding pricing but never did. An auto generated email from the sales manager asking about any concerns also went unanswered when replied to. Based off of my experience, I would suggest looking elsewhere. If this is the pre sales attitude and effort I can only imagine what post sales and/or service is like if you have any issues.

Extremely disappointed in Sales and Service We
Extremely disappointed in Sales and Service We absolutely love our CT5 Cadillac, but our experience with this dealership has been nothing short of disastrous. Just a year into owning the car, we started facing issues, and every time the service light came on, we were told to bring it in. However, after each visit, we were told that the necessary part was on backorder with no clear timeline for when it would be available. On top of that, calls to both the service and sales departments were rarely returned. After seven trips to the dealership for issues that were either never fixed properly or outright ignored, I was finally told not to come back because I was a "problem." This is despite my husband, a former GM service manager, questioning their procedures at every step. We were lied to by both the service and sales teams. When we escalated the issue to Cadillac directly, the dealership claimed we were rude and difficult to deal with—completely false. It's been only 2 ½ years since we purchased our car, and now, they refuse to service it or even sell us another vehicle. They’ve gone through multiple service managers and writers, indicating that they can't even keep their own employees happy. I’ve worked in customer service for over 39 years, and this is not how you treat customers. The level of unprofessionalism here is astounding. To the dealership: Please don’t bother responding to this review, as you’ve rarely returned most of my phone calls or address my concerns. I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing or servicing their Cadillac here to look elsewhere

The worst dealership that I have ever visited.
The worst dealership that I have ever visited. Sales and service are terrible. Bought an Escalade (my second) from them and after 7 months, I started having problems with the sound system. Eventually, the entire dashboard went black except for a small circle that contained the speedometer. No radio. No Navigation. No turn signals. No warning lights. No cameras. They decided to keep it to make repairs and after 2 months (YES, 2 MONTHS), it was finally fixed. During that 2 months, Rohrich would not return any calls or emails. They provided no updates on the progress. They abandoned me completely. After I filed a Lemon Law claim, they finally started to scramble to get it fixed. Ultimately, I was so disappointed with Rohrich and Cadillac that I got the Escalade back after it was fixed and traded it in on a Mercedes GLS 450 less than 1 week later. I had the Escalade less than 1 year and had to get rid of it because of Rohrich's service and Cadillac's horrible quality. The GLS 450 is a superior vehicle in every way. Visit Bobby Rahal Mercedes in Wexford for a GREAT EXPERIENCE.

I was lucky to walk in without an appointment and get Chuck Lucci as my consultant! He went above and beyond to ensure I was 100% satisfied with my choice! Usually, a girl walking into a car dealership alone is not treated with respect but Chuck NEVER made me feel that way.
