There were 2 recalls on my vehicle. My service advisor informed me that the loaner cars were all taken but my sales agent got me a demonstrator to use for the couple hours that it took to do the necessary work on my car. I was very satisfied!

We were greeted as soon as we pulled in for service. The information was provided and we waited in the waiting room which was very comfortable with refreshments and snacks provided. The service was done in a timely manner and the car was also washed. The entire staff was very friendly

The newly remodeled building is top of the line and so are the people that work there. Good experience - short waiting time in a great waiting room. Nice !

as always I was very pleased with the service. I have been a Rohrich customer for about 25 years I would not go anywhere else.

This was a Cadillac recall. My car was dropped off the night before and by 10:30 AM the car was ready. That's what I call speedy service

Always pleasant. Car taken in exactly when scheduled. Needed work was explained to me. It was done promptly as I waited in very comfortable, well provisioned surroundings. The time flew. In the meantime I was inspired to buy a new Cadillac.

Very good experience and very accommodating with our two little kids. Ken Goldberg was first class, we appreciate the low pressure and professionalism. This will keep us coming back.

Generally good experience but I requested a "loaner car" and it was not available - I therefore had to make other arrangements. Personnel were all friendly and gracious.

The visit was to recheck service done a few weeks prior. The work was rechecked, and I was told that everything looked OK. I'll wait another week to verify.
