Robert was great! He listened to us and allowed us to look without feeling pressured, but also followed up with us and answered our questions. On 3/13/2020 I was in an accident and my 2018 Jeep Compass was totaled. In May, I was ready to get another vehicle. Luis had sold me my 2018 Jeep Compass and I went back to him for a new Jeep Compass. Although we were two months into the corona virus, and Jeep wasn't building new vehicles; Luis was able to find me a Compass exactly like I wanted. Luis is very personable, knowledgeable, and professional . If he hadn't treated me right the first time, I wouldn't have been back for the second Compass. Your service department is great and I will have them service my new Jeep. I will recommend Savage 61 and Luis to anyone who is interested in buying a new Jeep. I thought that I had responded to this earlier, but I guess I didn't. Sorry about that.
