DO NOT USE QUALITY CHEVROLET FOR COURTSEY DELIVERIES! Not only did the charge me $1000 for my brand new Vette to be delivered to their NJ location, here are some other great things they gave me for my money: -Corvette was dirty inside and not prepped for delivery even though they knew for days I was coming to pick it up. -Exterior was dirty with sap and bird droppings / not washed. -Paint chip damage on Quality Chevy dealer installed rear wing. -Circles on roof and hood into paint. -Grease from technician on center console, door, inside roof, handles (detailer cleaned inside while I was there but still was dirty). -Fingerprints on paint from where wing was installed. -Factory window sticker not removed. -No demo of accessories. -Wheel pressure was 38 38 39 40. Recommended is 30. -Stuck Quality Chevy sticker on paint when I didn't even buy it from them. -Overall rude treatment from NJ staff (Nancy, Management, Cashier having to put 6k in a counting machine). After speaking to rude Nancy that following Monday to address above, I was told that "I" was the problem. (All of my phone calls are recorded and available to show that I was polite but firm in my requests to obtain my vehicle from them; they had it for some time before notifying anyone of having it). My phone msgs / e-mail were NEVER returned from any ownership or management to address / rectify the above issues. Unfortunately I had to escalate my concerns to GM. I implore anyone using this dealership to look elsewhere.

We had excellent service provided by Brian Toal in the

We had excellent service provided by Brian Toal in the sales the department. We were able buy our lease out and we came back a week later and he helped our son by his first car. Brian and the management team at Quality Chevrolet are always a pleasure to work with.

Rather than working out a price for the car, they asked

Rather than working out a price for the car, they asked for another dealers bid, to beat it. Never even checked if they had one in stock. Lazy!

I visited the dealership to pick up a part for my Chevy

I visited the dealership to pick up a part for my Chevy Traverse and was assisted by the service advisor Michael Ksepka. I have dealt with Michael in the past on several occasions when I have had my vehicle serviced at the location, he has always been professional, polite, and informative regarding any questions I might have had. He is an asset to the dealership at Quality Chevrolet in Old Bridge New Jersey.

Michael K.

Michael K. is an excellent service specialist. He was pleasant, courteous, and patient answering all of my questions and concerns. He did not rush me into a decision and offered numerous options to ensure I made an educated decision. He also went out of his way to ensure I got the best deal possible on my service.

This was my 4th visit to this dealership where I have leased twice and purchased twice over the years. Both Brian Toal and Nancy Fleury were extremely helpful and patient. As before, they assisted me through the process explaining and showing me features of the vehicle of my interest without pressure. My last pruchase was a 2018 Equinox. This time it was for the 2025 Equinox. Both great vehicles. I look forward to seeing them often in the years to come.

this purchase at quality chevrolet was the most pleasant and easiest that I've ever had thanks to my sales rep Beth Embrugia. she and the staff there took excellent care of me.

Brian Toal has been my salesman for the last ten years. I'm very impressed with his honesty and helpfulness always there when you need him. The dealership as a whole everyone is friendly and will go out of their way to assist any customer that walks through the door. I would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family. Always a pleasant experience when purchasing my next vehicle.
