Justin Messersmith took great care of me and didn't try to push anything on me. He patiently went with me to test drive several models and went over all the bells and whistles. Great service from the whole staff.

I was in the market for a used car and had a budget that i needed to stick to. I went to kokomo auto world and was approached by garry boyer. We (myself and my co-signer) explained our situation to him and also asked about any lease deals they might have. He suggested a toyota corolla. I drove it and loved it. Both Garry and Chris Scott worked hard to adhere to my budget. My payment is only a little higher than the number i gave him, but my deal came with a free maintenance package for 2 years so it was definitely worth it. Garry was extremely knowledgeable and seemed to really care.

The employees at kokomo auto world were very helpful in finding us a great car that met our needs yet was reasonable on price. Each car we asked about Justin messersmith knew much information on, not just what the paper in the window said. They were eager to let us test drive the cars. We didn't feel pressured in buying either. We feel we got the best deal from the best place and enjoy riding around in our new Honda civic!!!!

My husband and I had been dealing with many recalls on our barely 4 year old vehicle and had enough. The car ran well, but the recalls and the time that we had to wait for the car to be repaired were too much. After our most recent fix at the dealership, we decided to see if Kokomo Auto World would be able to help us. We already had one vehicle leased with them and were very pleased. I did not think we would be able to trade in my car and receive another lease. I felt as though I should be playing a game show. Garry Boyer did not make me feel as though I was on a game show. He asked me a lot of questions about what I wanted in a vehicle before pulling up a car for a test drive. I knew I was driving a superior car to my current one, but still questioned Garry's confidence in being able to help us. My game show turned into a reality. Garry and his manager worked out all the details and I was able to drive away in a beautiful car and not have to pay more per month. VERY pleased with Garry (and Owen.. thanks again!). My children and I always name the cars we own. Yoshi means "the best" in Japanese. It was only fitting that we named this vehicle Yoshima - the female version of Yoshi (don't ask how I know it's a girl).

My family has bought our last 6 vehicles from Kokomo Auto World and it's a place I trust. They are honest, and work hard to get us the best deal possible.

This was our 4th vehicle purchased at Kokomo Auto World...that alone should speak for itself. Andrew was great to work with and answered all of our questions in a friendly but professional manner. We also had a very positive experience working with Chris Scott and Owen Key. They all go the extra mile for their clients. It is so refreshing to find a Sales Consultant that accommodates the customer. I was shown the Car Fax, was treated honestly, respectfully, and given all the information I needed to buy a GOOD car. The financial aspects were taken care of, with just as much consideration. I wasn't treated like "a stupid woman" and I was never made to feel like anyone was trying to hide anything from me. I have dealt with another local dealer for at least fifteen years, but, they can't touch the level of satisfaction I walked away with, after dealing with Kokomo Auto World. I will go back to Kokomo Auto World, and I will refer family and friends.

Great buying experience. Luke was exceptionally knowledgable about our vehicle. We're a returning customer and last time dealt with Adam. Learning he was promoted to manager was awesome! And we felt he really took care of us.

Kody is very patient and helpful during selection process. We drove multiple vehicles to compare them. There are many vehicles to choose from. The prices vary... some are good and some are not so good. You need to do your home work. We ended up not buying our car since we could not agree with the total price. There are too many add-ons after the price of the vehicle. The price offered at the dealership is higher than promise advertised price at online car buying websites. Kody called back the next morning to make another offer, but we already found our car elsewhere.

The experience in leasing a car from you this time was just as pleasurable as it was 2 1/2 years ago. Luke Wagoner has impressed us both times with his product info and friendly sales service. Other sales and finance staff noted below were friendly and knowledgeable too. I appreciated that Luke and Adam , each, contacted me telling of the Honda sales offer.
