I am always very pleased with the service dept and especially the advisors. Brian & Lacey are always excellent and provide all the information that I need. Barker is the only dealer who has serviced my wife's Buick....wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Brian took my service request to resolve and ongoing...
Brian took my service request to resolve and ongoing "shift to park" warning signal when attempting to turn off engine. This was the 2nd time this problem had been reported. Brian had and harness replace the1st time. Problem continued, but it was intermittent. Took a long road trip, and the problem occurred at least once per day, resulting in having to restart engine, take it out of park and then return to park, and then shutting off engine. Sometimes, it would take restarting the engine 8 to 10 times. Brian checked and was advised that a microswitch was likely the culprit. The shift to park warning has not returned since. Thanks so much for being diligent in the resolution of this very annoying problem!
