Dealership does not honor it word known to rip off customers. Look elsewhere for your new Ford this is stealership Not a dealership. Don’t buy a Ford anyway

A friend ordered the new Bronco. Waited months because Ford can't launch a vehicle properly. Then the vehicle comes in and the tells them that will be an extra $10,000. Yes ten thousand dollars after waiting long after it should have been delivered.

We purchased a “certified” Ford Explorer Platinum and what we thought was an extended Ford warranty in April 2019. They vehicle started having numerous problems soon afterwards. They had not performed updates on any of the software that had a history of problems with Ford before selling it. It also began having problems with the engine and exhaust system. The service department told us they will not fix it because the finance lady had sold us a third party warranty that covers nothing. The finance person will not answer the phone or return calls. The managers will not return calls. I owe $35,000 on a car after making 4 payments and now have no vehicle.

Friendly staff. No pressure. Easy to work with. Would go back for a purchase in the future. Sales manager Keith and salesman Jules were outstanding!
