2016 Ford Fusion the service was great, the staff explained everything to me in detail. That is the first time I ever bought a car that so much information was available before I even left the dealership. This was my first ford ever, and if that is the way that all customers are treated, it will not be my last.

Great services no shuttle
Everything was good but it took too long to fix. No shuttle for me to go to a place to eat. I had to walk.

Professional and courteous service department
As a loyal Ford customer for over 15 years I have developed a good relationship with the service and sales staff. They always listen to my concerns and comments and do their best to address. When there are problems with a repair or recent service they go out of their way to rectify the situation. They let me ask for specific mechanics to do repairs on my vehicles if I desire to do so. Many shops will not do that. My recent repairs on my old Expedition were performed on time and on budget and the service was performed to my satisfaction. From a service advisor perspective Caroline (not sure of spelling) is one of the best the dealership has had in recent years. Great attitude, always professional, and is always eager to assist.

Moon Township Ford = No Nonsense
2016 Ford Fusion This is the 5th Ford I have purchased from Moon Township Ford (dating back to the early 1990's.) They are no-nonsense and the process is painless. This is the second time I have used the internet purchase process and I found that I saved a significant amount of time. Brandon Michele, who currently handles internet sales, was excellent and efficient. (Incidentally, the service department is just as no-nonsense as the sales team.)
