We purchased a “certified” Ford Explorer Platinum and what we thought was an extended Ford warranty in April 2019. They vehicle started having numerous... problems soon afterwards. They had not performed updates on any of the software that had a history of problems with Ford before selling it. It also began having problems with the engine and exhaust system. The service department told us they will not fix it because the finance lady had sold us a third party warranty that covers nothing. The finance person will not answer the phone or return calls. The managers will not return calls. I owe $35,000 on a car after making 4 payments and now have no vehicle.
Friendly staff. No pressure. Easy to work with. Would go back for a purchase in the future. Sales manager Keith and salesman Jules were outstanding!

I took my car there for a recall. They were so kind and professional, and went out of their way for me. It was one of the best customer service experiences... I have had, which is rare anymore. Keep up the good work guys.

We took our Ford Escape here for a service check last week. When we picked it up there was a crack in the center console. This was not there when we dropped... it off. We showed it to them immediately. The manager was “tied up” and we were told he would call us later. After they dodged our calls for a week they finally got back to us saying that they were not taking responsibility for the damage. I’m absolutely disgusted by their disrespect and lack of professionalism. We have had several issues with their service department over the past year. I will never go back to this place.
I purchased a new F-150 in 2010 and was sold the rust proofing warranty buy Deal House of the Moon Twp Ford. I asked House a hypothetical question. " What... would happen if 10 years down the road my quarter panel rusts, he said I quote " we will replace it". Well, after 7 years and only 50K on my truck which was garage kept for the first 4 years, my quarter panel and bumpers are rusting away. I contacted the Ford Corp only to be directed back to Moon Twp Ford where I spoke to someone claiming to be a Service Manger. I was told its not there problem and the truck is out of warranty. While getting an estimate for repairs on my truck at a local auto body shop, I noticed two F-150 sitting in their lot both had rusted bumpers and a quarter panel similar to mine. The only thing Moon Twp Ford cared about was making the initial sale. They do not stand behind their trucks. I was told an out right lie by Deal House and will never ever buy another Ford product.
Be wary of purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. And be prepared to inspect vehicles in close detail for damage.

My leather seats had small cracks on the drivers side Maybe 5 on the top and 3 on the side The tech told me ford calls that normal stretch ......... I'm sorry but I have had leather seats in cars for 20 years and leather furniture in my home and have never had normal stretch occur......it's leather It should give and not tear ..... the solution was to have the seat repaired and it was it looks ok it's not perfect and at my cost of 85 plus tax I would have preferred it be replaced It's sad that ford doesn't back the full product. Not sure I will purchase a ford when I'm ready for a trade on this car my last car was a Subaru and the leather seats were perfect when it was traded in with no normal stretch
