I happily drive from Houston TX to deal with Gary Brookhart at Kerns Chevrolet for all my Chevy vehicles. Great service, and no high pressure "city" attitudes. I'd highly recommend you see Gary when you're thinking Chevy!

Made an offer on the vehicle, but never heard back. Had to continue my search

They weren't welcoming to my interest on a car that I was looking to purchase. I even brought a plane ticket and they knew about it and told me they will hold the car until I came. A tornado had prevented me from my flight and when I was about to tell them that I was going to reschedule they actually sold the car earlier that same day. Broke a promise just make a quicker buck.

Do not service vehicles here and don't bother getting a warranty through them. Go literally anywhere else. They will require changing spark plugs before honoring the warranty, even if there is nothing wrong with the spark plugs (and it will cost you hundreds of dollars to do this). They will keep your vehicle for months without actually fixing what is wrong with your vehicle. I'm not sure if they're dishonest or incompetent, but either way, keep your money far away from this establishment. I am left feeling totally ripped off, disrespected, and utterly disgusted.

Went to purchase vehicle, during the 2 week process car was in an accident, told it would be repaired and will not show up on car fax. Refused to sell me car once I questioned it

Purchased a used 2012 Jeep Liberty from Kerns and Kyle Miller was the salesman. Nice vehicle, good price, and great service. Drove in from out of town and the vehicle was described accurately.

Quick response to online inquiry. They made the purchase quick and easy. Kyle Miller was great to work with. Great experience and quite satisfied with the car.
